It’s clean and strategic location. But the seems like the sofa is not in very good shape. We worried the sofa might collapse anytime soon.

Booked this property for a party of 5 including two children aged 3 & 11. Let’s face it, a slide in your room is always going to be a win and this place certainly did not disappoint! Exactly like the photos, clean, clear instructions from the host before arrival on how to get the key including very helpful images, and lots of clear instructions and labels inside the actual apartment. The welcome treats were a nice surprise, esp the Lego! We arrived late at night but there is a Family Mart and KFC across the street and food vending machine options in the lobby. Close to Legoland via Grab. Would def recommend this property. In fact, I was showing it to friends before we even stayed!

Good location, lined shopping malls nearby, hospital, police station.It is convenient and there is no traffic.5 lifts, no need to wait.The house is well renovated and furnished

We had a good stay here. Checkin was easy and clear instructions were given. TJ has been a responsive host throughout dealing.

Had a lovely time staying here with my family. The unit was spacious, clean and had full kitchen with washing machine. There was even a complete local supermarket next door which made it easier to buy cooking ingredients. Lots of cafes and restaurants around and the facilities like pool had a great night view for relaxing in the water. Overall the only regret is that could not stay more than 1 night due to busy schedule but will definitely book again

Great stay with all amenities nearby. Gym is a little older and without air-conditioning, pool was great. Unit had all things needed and more e.g. air purifier, umbrella, diffuser, washing powder, coffee, ice packs....

if u love sport such as swimming (195m length, i took 18 minutes for 1 lap), badminton, ping pong, squash, pool game; jogging, tennis, basket ball, rock climbing, or if u like some family event such as BBQ, reading in small library, watch movie in small theater, then here is the right place. U just need to give early booking order to owner to book those place. The listing is so clean especially their cleaning team will replace all bed sheet, blamket and pillow cover for all new guests upon check in. In this listing, u can enjoy watching many movies with theirTV box. Upon check in, better follow owner suggestion : temporary park aside, move luggage to unit, then only go park your car. this listing provide all needed equipment such as washing+dry machine, clothes rack, 4 towels, toilet amenities, dining items, and we most like the coway water filter that can get cold and hot water directly.

Perfect place to stay

We feel at home! Kids love it. Everything we need is available. Plastics for dustbins, kitchen utensils, tissues, towels, hangers & clippers, towels, mirror, balcony to hang cloths, iron and board, shampoo and shower gel, lots of pillows! and even washing machine (during our stay it was out of service though). TV got Netflix, air-con is functioning, got ceiling fan too. It was superb. Getting to and out of the unit is also easy as well. Elevators in the apartment are quick we didn’t have to wait, less than 5mins. Getting grab taxi also is very fast! And we already considering to come back again to try other units from this host! Nice place to stay!

Great place and spacious for 10 of us. We did BBQ and steamboat. A lot of room for activities together in every room, fun for everyone. Place is clean. Thank you for the good experience 😊

We had a great time staying here! It's clean and everything is accommodated. The host was super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was nice, close to a mini mart and some shops. Would definitely stay here again next time when I visit Pontian with family.
