Vacation rentals in Malangseidet

Loved our stay here. The photos don’t do it justice. And the hot tub is a must!! Even if you think it’s too cold outside it’s perfect. We had a hot tub under the stars and again in the morning. Kitchen well equipped - ensure you stock up on groceries in town as it’s in a very quiet area. Dan was helpful and responsive. Met his brother in law in the driveway so was very friendly and helpful too :) saw the northern lights during our stay here. Loved it!

We opened the door to a wonderland that both inside and outside was maintained with care and gentle hand. Spacious and well equipped . Even the hops and butterflies thrived in the flowers outside, and we the people threw barefoot on the velvet lawn, enjoyed the nice wide view as well as grilled in the fire pit. We followed Jardin's helpful tips on how to use the shore /beach nearby. We are grateful for the trust we were shown , by renting this way you get access to other people's loved homes and neighborhoods.

Jan went above and beyond, when our car rental fell through, she helped organize transport from the airport (we arrived very late) and a rental car replacement. This was hugely appreciated. The Appartment is very spacious and has all the basic amenities. It’s our 3rd trip to Sommarøy and this Appartment is extremely well located if you’re searching the northern lights. You won’t need the car and you can take pictures from the houses front lawn which is great when the weather is not with you, no need to spend hours in the cold. Even on nights where it said 100% cloud cover, I was able to get good photos in the garden area. There is also 2 great viewing areas with in a 5 min walk to the north and south. Thanks to Janet and Jan for their hospitality.

We loved our stay here. Host is quick to answer and be of help, very cozy living area and overall a great place to stay! 10/10

everything is great, the view is breathtaking, comfortable for short and long stay. Please note that bed linen is not included in the price, but can be provided for an additional fee. Cleaning is also done by the guests (we encountered such an experience only in this region). Regardless, the house is beautiful :)

We had a fantastic three nights at Tommy’s cabin and loved every moment of it! The cabin exceeded our expectations and everything about it was stunning - from the breathtaking views, to the interior, and last but not least, Tommy who was an incredible host! Tommy was really attentive and was there for us round the clock. He ensured that we had everything we needed and pampered us so well. He made us feel like home even though we were thousands of miles away, and the cozy cabin just gave the whole experience a sweet touch. You have to be there yourself to believe it! Thank you Tommy for this magical stay, we’ll definitely be back!

Simply wonderful The house is really very nice and especially decorated with details. Everything was fully functional and very well appointed. The size is a dream and the hot tub invites you to relax. This was also very well maintained and clean. The location is also very good, between mountain and fjord. Only a small footpath would have been great. Frank is an absolutely great host. He was available for us at any time. Has put an incredible amount of effort into it and also welcomed us on the day of arrival and helped with the many ice cream in front of the door. He went above and beyond even before arriving. He gave us tips for excursions and absolutely exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this region, this house, and especially Frank as a host. It's worth it if you want to have snow in winter and see fantastic aurora lights from the hot tub. Dream vacation!
