We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this laid-back Airbnb! The location was perfect – just a 10-15 min from the beach, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets and peaceful mornings. The house itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. A special mention goes to the pool – it was the highlight of our stay! Whether we were enjoying a morning swim or unwinding with an evening dip, it added a whole new level of relaxation to our trip. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Whether it was lounging by the pool, exploring the nearby cafes and shops, or simply soaking up the serene vibes, everything about this place made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway by the sea. We’d love to come back someday!

One of the highlights was the well decorated plants across the house and the items on the 2nd floor. It truly added a special touch to our stay. The location was fantastic, conveniently located near to the beach (as advertised). The neighborhood was safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The caretaker was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The housing complex has some very specific rules about the swimming pool which is a little bit of inconvenience, but nothing that can't be managed by paying close attention to the rules that are sent before hand. Overall a fantastic stay, we can't wait to book this again during our next vacation !

We had a wonderful time staying at this charming villa. The location was absolutely perfect – just a short 150m walk to the beach! The villa itself was lovely, situated within a well-maintained housing complex with a pool and lush greenery. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could soak up the sunshine, admire the beautiful views of the surrounding greenery, and listen to the sounds of the birds. The villa was comfortable and well-equipped. We were also impressed by the convenience of the location. Newton Supermarket was just a stone's throw away, and there were numerous restaurants and a taxi stand nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive to our needs. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Goa.

It was a family trip with an infant, toddler and parents and this villa felt right at home for everyone. The villa is as seen in the photos with all the listed amenities, the host was responsive, was sensitive and accommodating to all our requests, the welcome and good byes were special. I will definitely recommend for anyone who wants to have a peaceful and clean stay in Goa with great views, spacious home, house help and very responsive, helpful host team, please look no further.

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

This is one of the best villas I've stayed in. The location is a bit difficult to find as the map location is incorrect, but the you get awed after reaching here. The Mapusa river provides a picturesque background. The villa is pristine with a top notch interior. All the rooms are aesthetically decorated. There are 2 care takers who were polite and attentive. The food quality was good. A suggestion for cook to prepare just enough food to avoid wastage. The V are family team was proactive in all the communication to make it a smooth experience. Very much appreciated. It was a wonderful experience and would love to recommend for people who want to rest away from the Goa hustle.

Wry well maintained property. Comfortable rooms, ample space for a family and friends to stay. Peaceful surrounding. About 1.2 kms from the beach. All rooms have AC Dinning table which you can also convert to a TT table There is a Foosball table instead of pool table Kitchen is all equipped in case you want to cook in house Two cars can be easily parked

It was a good and peaceful stay at the apartment which is in a gated society. Mr Shashank was a responsive and friendly host. The onsite caretaker/manager was also very helpful. Bonus was the clubhouse amenities such as pool, gym, snooker, etc. It was well maintained. This place is also close to the Dabolim Airport.

We loved the stay at Anupama’s place. It is walkable to many stores and restaurants and only 1km to benaulim beach. Pro: - Responsive and friendly host. She was kind to leave us fruits, cookies and Christmas cakes - Safe and neat gated society with pool - Good internet and functional kitchen with all basic amenities for a short stay - Attached terrace is great for morning tea and evening drinks Cons: - Second floor without elevator (though host helped us with luggage) - Car Parking is outside the gate though in front of building. Finding a spot could be tricky sometimes - Mattress is bouncy so not comfortable for good sleep - Felt highly overpriced at Christmas-New year rates

Basappa's place is very great. The host is very understanding and very co-operative and very helpful. All the things were taken care of very properly and we had a very great stay❤️

I had an amazing stay here! The property was stunning, with a breathtaking ocean view from the balcony that made every morning special. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. The host made the entire process incredibly smooth, from booking to check-out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa!

very good place to stay in goa

the host was very professional, prompt and responsive. the caretakers - Aman and his wife were committed and genuine. They even replaced the gas cylinder with their own to ensure there was no disruption. I think more than the place, it is the people that bring the airbnb proposition to life. And my strong suggestion is to pick the place basis review of the people than the place itself. the place can be fixed is the people are good. And in this instance, the host and his caretakers were kind and nice. so it all turned out well. i am local goan - and my advice is that the general goan population has no idea of what international tourists expect from a service perspective. So avoid hosts who are goans - save for my hosts who i think are local but yet international in their kindness :)

The place, the host, the view... everything was amazing. The host told us about local recommendations. The rooms are amazing and spotless, and the flats literally have anything you need. from iron, to hair drier to a kicthen with equipment...even water purifier. amazing. 10 on 10 would recommend.

The hosts were absolutely fabulous! A big shout out to Sonia who was very helpful and responsive. The house itself is very well maintained. It has a minimalist vibe but very tasteful in its decor. Well done to both Kyle and Sonia. Definitely worth the buck! Highly recommended!

the place is good

Tanya has been an amazing host and has been up to date with whatever requirements we wanted to have and helped us out whenever we needed. Apart from that, the home was in a very serene environment and lots of greenery around which indeed kept the mood refreshed. All in all, we are really thankful for the stay! The apartment shares the wall with courtyard by Marriott, Colva Beach. Beach is 5 min walk away and has multiple eating options nearby. It’s a great value for money apartment in case you want to stay in South Goa. Dr. Ransley was really helpful from Check in until checkout. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay of 4 days at this penthouse. We were two families with 3 kids. The apartment was stunning with fabulous decor, large rooms, comfortable furniture, well stocked kitchen including a washing machine (big help for sand-denched clothes). Super large terrace was a bliss - both for soaking the morning sun and enjoying the late evening sit outs. Highly recommend it for any family wanting to stay at a central noth goa location. The cook and rental car operators recommended by Tarunpreet was 5 star.

Our 4 days stay at Ankur was extremely comfortable. She kept the place clean, just as your home. Was always a text away for any queries. The house had everything as mentioned. No complaints, whatsoever! Local stores are just 5 mins away from the premises. Would definitely recommend this stay.

This listing really was a rare find for our group! It fit 5 of us comfortably. The host was responsive and proactive in confirming the booking. We were also given clear instructions on location and easy check in. The amenities were as described and easy to access. Will definitely visit again soon!
