Vacation rentals in Maitland

This house was the perfect place for our family trip. It was so close to any destination you could want. The house was absolutely perfect. Vanessa was the nicest host and extremely responsive. We definitely plan to stay again in the future.

Very nice place to stay at, hot tub was nice and community pool/clubhouse was also nice. Area was beautiful and not too far from attractions. Overall a great place to stay in Orlando and would definitely stay again!

Dennis was responsive. We had an issue mid week with the front door that was not opening after keying in the code. Maintenance showed up within the hour and fixed the issue. Great location, secured, plenty of room for our group of 7.

The place was as described and the host was very responsive and respectful. The location is just ok and about 30 minutes from Disney parks. We had a few issues occur during our stay and Javier was super responsive and willing to assist. The lock was not secure and we had someone open the door to our place in the middle of the night. We were terrified for our safety, but Javier did respond the following morning and sent a crew out to fix the lock. We also had someone randomly leave trash on our door step one morning. Again, none of this is hosts fault and he was proactive about everything. I would not stay here again due to the location being so far from everything and lack of kitchen utensils. I would expect more items to be provided (pans, baking sheets, silverware, etc) for a place that sleeps 10 people.

Eduardo, was extremely helpful in all ways !!! We caught a Milton Hurricane during the stay and he kept us up to date for the entire period. Very polite with quick responses. Congratulations on the driving of a closed eye. The house is wonderful and complete I will recommend to everyone ! Thank you for the period ❤️

Comfortable apartment, close to parks, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping centers. The place is very clean and with all the amenities for vacationing. Mayaan provided clear and helpful directions at all times .

Outstanding stay! They were kind, attentive and even gave us a recommendation to do on our way out of town. My kids LOVED the rooms, it was spacious, and very clean. Definitely would recommend and plan to return.

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for during the 5 days we stayed here. The location of the Airbnb made it easy to get on the highway to Disney parks and other area attractions. Despite it being a busy area for traffic, there was a sidewalk that led to a walking path up the street, which was a great way to start my mornings. In addition, the back patio area and the lounge chairs by the water were secluded and private enough to provide our own oasis. Thijs was responsive, provided clear communication and attended to any concerns we had!
