Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Maisons-Alfort

We had a lovely stay at the house with my family. The photos are accurate, the rooms are spacious and you feel good there, especially the living room which is very family friendly. There is a lot of toys available for children. Julie was responsive by message throughout our stay and her instructions were clear. Finally, the location is ideal if you want to go to the Disney amusement park which is 20 minutes away. Noisy-le-grand train station is close by as well. I would recommend it for large families

Very nice spacious location. Well located near station, supermarket and other facilities. Parking right outside the door. Great beds and house was nice. Still a lot of chores to make it tidy in the house, jamming doors and small jet of hot water upstairs. All in all, a great location for when you go to Disneyland and Paris itself with a large family.

The place had everything a larger group needs for a longer stay. Very clean with plenty of space. Only a 5 minute walk to the metro line.

This is a great house and Slawek is a great host! There were five of us and we were comfortably accommodated, but the bunk bed in the children's room is designed for small children) The house is very comfortable wooden. It's easy to breathe in it. Very comfortable pillows. There are a lot of household appliances in the house. Everything is of very high quality. The house is very cozy and beautifully decorated. The Christmas tree and the present from Slawek were a great addition to our wonderful mood!

Everything you need to spend some fun family time. A multitude of video games from different generations. We are perfectly in the retro-gaming world. The kids loved it and so did the parents! Alain is a thoughtful host and has thought of everything! We would highly recommend!

The house is very nice, very clean. The neighborhood is quiet, everything is easily accessible (metro, tram, shops, restaurants). Olivia responds quickly to messages despite the jet lag. Excellent stay!

Warm apartment, typical of Hausmanian architecture. Very well located near the Gare du Nord and public transport. Many convenience stores nearby. We had a family stay (2 parents and 4 young adults). We enjoyed this spacious place with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment matched the description perfectly.

Fantastic apartment in an unbeatable location! Stylish, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Walking distance to great cafés, boutiques, and landmarks. Thibaut was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Mathilde's place on two separate occasions in Dec 24 and Jan 25. Communication before arrival was prompt and clear. When we arrived we were met by Mathilde's assistant, Kathleen, who gave us the key and made sure we had everything we needed. She even brought us new coffee capsules later that day. The apartment was quite large (for Paris). We found it clean and well furnished (we were specifically looking for an apartment with a crib and a high chair for our son). There is a large living area that gets tons of sunlight from the many windows. Not too much happening in the immediate surrounding area, but Montmarte is just a short walk up the hill. Getting to more central parts of Paris usually took us about 20-30 minutes by metro or taxi. Overall, we had a great experience and would certainly recommend this rental!

Great environment to discover, stay in Paris. The ease of communication with Thibault, made us feel comfortable. Among the many positive points there is the parking nearby (with a breathtaking view!), the metro at the bottom of the apartment, the dynamism of the neighborhood and the quiet of the residence. Great stay in Paris!

The location of this flat alone might be enough to bring us back. The apartment is a block from the Bastille Metro station, which offers connections to several lines. But being on the edge of the Marais means almost everything is walkable. The space is efficiently designed and well appointed, with an easy to operate washer *and dryer*! Videos documenting the procedures for check-ing and appliance usage were a fantastic help. Patricia is a communicative and helpful host. Since this is a Paris sized walk-up apartment I would hesitate to recommend to anyone with massive suitcases. The only downside to the apartment is the lack of closets. The pictures are precisely what the apartment looks like and although cozy it was plenty of room for our family of four. Will absolutely return!

Just wow! My wife, 3 kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect and close to restaurants, transport (train & bus) and neighboring attractions - yet secluded enough, away from any noise. Most importantly, it was safe! Halimeina is friendly in her communication and very responsive. We would definitely return to her property in the future! All-in-all, the stay allowed us to enjoy a magnificent experience across Paris!

Eric's apartment is in a great location for discovering Paris. Many shops around his apartment are a real asset. Eric is a very welcoming and very friendly host. We highly recommend his apartment that we place in the top 3 of the Parisian apartments we have stayed in.

We loved staying at the apartment. Aurelie is a great host and was always helpful when we had questions. The place is charming and cozy, and the shower is perfect, especially after a day of walking around Paris. There is a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden at the back of the building, which is quiet and safe. The location is excellent, with metro and bus lines nearby and services such as restaurants and markets. Aurelie also provides a list of good places to eat and drink. We highly recommend this apartment.

A spacious apartment in a fairly peaceful area. It was very nice to hear birds chirping in the morning :) The other occupants of the building were polite and quiet. A short walk to the Le Guichet train station and a 40-min journey to the center of Paris. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. Kathalyn and Romuald were helpful and quick to respond. A short walk to the edge of Orsay which has everything you could need. I highly recommend the Paris Panem bakery in town which has amazing pastries. A minor aside unrelated to the apartment -- I would not recommend the closest Franprix grocery store near the Domino's Pizza as some employees intentionally try to scam you by scanning certain items twice (check the Google reviews!). This is no reflection on the apartment, but I want to let my fellow travelers know!

Cozily furnished apartment with even small details that give a feel of home. There was a Nespresso machine and kettle, and there were cups and tea bags. In the bathroom small bottles with shampoo. A toilet freshener in the toilet and fragrance sticks. And labels on drawers and cabinets with what's in it. By far the best apartment we've been to so far and we'd love to come back. The host will respond to messages in a matter of minutes. Top host and location

Very well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from the RER station, 10 minutes by car from the FMSD training center, shops nearby, private and closed parking, the apartment complies with the photos, well equipped, just a few elements that have lived... the hosts are friendly and responsive.

Chris was very kind and communicated what we needed. It's homey, clean, It was nice to see the Eiffel Tower every day. When I come back to Paris, I want to stay again.

An amazing place to stay for the family. Less than 30 second walk and you are at the RER which is only 6 minute to Disney! Lots to do around the area and less than a minute walk to the supermarket. The host met us at the door and showed us around the appt, made sure we knew how to get in-out the building and how to check out. The appt itself was clean, lots of useful amenities had a smart tv for the evenings &games/toys for the kids. Host was amazing- answered any questions I had on the lead up to the trip and even helped with the best ways to travel around. Super responsive also to message & was on hand to help when we were visiting. 10/10 recommend and will 100% be rebooking for our next Disney trip! We’ve done a few in the area and this was by far the best and most convenient!
