Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Mai Khao Beach

We were happy to stay at Krittin's place. The house is located in a green courtyard, not far from a busy street, but the sounds of cars and mopeds are hardly noticeable. However, in the morning, the sounds of birds and roosters were quite loud. Inside the house, it was very clean, with everything we needed. Krittin were very responsive to all our questions and recommended a nearby market, where we bought fresh fruit every day. The Korean BBQ across the street is a must-visit! At the Sweet Home café, you can get delicious coffee. Important note: this is not a tourist area, so there are many local cafés serving traditional Thai food, but keep in mind that without a car or scooter, getting to the nearest beaches is impossible. Also, traffic in the area is heavy, and without driving experience, it would be difficult. Thanks to Jantima for the delicious sugarcane juice! We were very happy with our stay at Krittin's place and hope to return again!

The moment I opened the door, I was shocked, and the view of the ocean was unobstructed.Upstairs is the living room with unbeatable sea view, and downstairs is accommodation.Very satisfied and hope to come back again sometime.

A quiet location but not isolated. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and numerous restaurants. The house was very basic, but clean, tidy, and functional. I was training at Bangtao MMA - it was an easy 5 minute walk, which was a primary consideration for booking. Other restaurants and shopping are either walkable or a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to Villa Market and Boat Avenue. I would happily stay again

We had a very nice time in the accommodation. It is very well decorated. And the location was also very good. It couldn't have been better. Eric was very friendly and helpful. He always responded immediately to questions and requests. He was also very helpful with renting motorcycles and booking activities and even gave us discounts. I can only recommend the accommodation.

Nanthida and Craig were amazing hosts, very friendly and responsive. Quick to answer any queries we had during our stay. The home itself is very comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. The beach is just a short walk away from the property. Overall a very comfortable stay, would recommend.

Stayed here over new year, the house is exactly as per the photos, great living space, 3 good size bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool seals the deal, lovely and refreshing and perfect to just drop into when the sun gets too much. The kitchen was well stocked, even the cupboards contained sauces and condiments should you feel the need to cook( it’s cheaper and easier to eat out). There was a carport to store a car if you decide to rent one, also a washing machine with powder provided, a bbq with charcoal. There was a 7/11 100m away and a new lotus supermarket across the road so, easy to get everything you need. Nai harn beach was about a 20 minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants within 50m away.

I stayed for a week and me and friends all loves this place. The pictures matches, and the place is super clean. The host is also super Friendly and gladly to help anytime. Would recommend to anyone!

Good location within walking distance of Rawai Beach (10 mins) and several good restaurants. Good facilities within the hotel and apartment (washing machine, 2 hairdryers, several swimming pools, etc). Nice space for families or couples. Oleg and his wife were friendly and responsive. Me and my family enjoyed our stay😊

Good condominium in phuket, it has everything you need. The service of the staff was always willing to help. The space is good, but not very large, we were made small for a full month. The room lacks a little cleaning and the air conditioning more (it may have mushrooms inside as it gave me allergy a few times)

Great place to stay not far from one of the most beautiful beaches in Phuket! The complex itself is large with many recreation areas and swimming pools. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, a comfortable bed, good noise insulation and a view from the balcony! In general, we recommend👍🏼

The apartments are located in Allamanda 2 section of Laguna. Ground floor with great view of greenery and golf field. Terrace! That’s worth 300%! Swimming pool in 1 min, to beach 15 min walk!

We enjoyed this stay so much, the staff were very helpful and the condo was really nice and comfortable with direct access to the common pool. There’s a room service which was very convenient. The place is accessible from the high way and near Rawai beach which has a lot of restaurant and bars. The only downside was one of the bedrooms was attached to the service corridor which can be disturbing sometimes in the morning when the service staff are working. Other than I highly recommend this place for people looking for a nice stay on the beachfront.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

This place is just exactly what I wanted. Peaceful and beautiful. We were travelling with our 1.5 year old baby and Nata ensured that there was a baby cot complete with bed sheet, duvet and pillow so that our baby would be comfortable. There was also a baby high chair that made feeding times a breeze. The kitchen Isa very well equipped with utensils for cooking and crockery. The second room with bunk beds was good as at the bottom bed our nanny could sleep. The rooms are divided by the expansive living dining area so it ensured we had relative privacy too. Nata was very responsive and cleared all my queries even before i had booked the place. As the house is part of the condominium, there are basic toiletries provided - shampoo, shower gel, towels, toilet paper. It's better that you get the rest from home or pick up from nearby 7/11. As a young family, we thoroughly enjoyed the beach, kiddie and adult swimming pool, Massage and food on the premise. We cycled and went around the area

I really enjoyed staying at Sumitra’s apartment. She met me upon arrival and explained the keycard system and house rules. I found the apartment to be clean, airy and just what I needed after a long flight. The complex itself is lovely, and has a pool and gym. There is a 7/11 across the road which is very convenient. The only draw back is there isn’t any restaurants around apart from a 10/15 min walk and even then they are the posher and the pricier end. I’m a bit skeptical of restaurants with a website, I prefer traditional cheap fresh food when visiting Thailand, therefore I would get a ‘ grab’ taxi daily into Patong to eat and get massages etc .. the taxi fairs were cheap like £7-£10 each way including tip.

Great stay. Area is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Recommend getting the free bikes at the condo, the shopping area is a bit of a hike and the heat will beat you down with bags. Overall wonderful place to enjoy the pools, clean beach, and small shopping area.
