The apartment is very well located safe, and quiet .Norma greeted us before check-in time why my flight arrived super early and then took us to a bakery park that we can have breakfast.The apartment is a block away from the Inca and from there one can take a collective that in 10 minutes or less can take you to the whereabouts of the electric train.

Great stay overall. Excellent location, and beautiful place. The apartment is very nice, new, with many restaurants around, a grocery store 2 blocks away, and great places to walk around. Loved the large floor to ceiling windows; being on the 4th floor with the trees in front, it gave us a lot of privacy, so never had to put the blinds down. David was a great host, very attentive and responsive. Thank you! I highly recommend this place!

Patricia is a fantastic host. She always responded immediately to any questions before & during our stay. Patricia's apartment is incredible! It is very spacious, very well-lit with tons of natural light through the windows, & located on a secure block with lots of green space to enjoy. I highly recommend walking down the greenway along the stream to the Pentagonito while you are here. We definitely plan to stay here again!

I loved the whole apartment and its surroundings . the decoration of the house ,very nice .It is very ventilated ,the location very good for places to eat and walk !! the very attentive host at all times . the internert if working I was able to work well . i recommend it

I greatly enjoyed my four week stay at Ceasar's Airbnb. The place is as good a deal as you will find in Lima in or a short walking distance to Barranco and Miraflores. Other Airbnbs in the area are at least 30% more. Google maps should show you the short cut walking route to Barranco and Miraflores. It's past the backside of the Plaza Vea (which has a great cheap supermarket in it) and eventually to the Barranco and Miraflores signs, from there you are another 5-10 minute walk to the famous cliffs that overlook the ocean. From the door of the apartment to the cliffs is about a 15-20 minute walk total. There is a nice quiet part right next to the apartment and many other parks in the nieghborhood. Ceasar and his cousin Victor who helps him run the Airbnb are both fluent in English, very honest, and will answer any questions for you. Thank you Ceasar and Victor!

Wonderful stay! Really Doña Paola and Diego were extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place. Everything worked out perfect and they had more than what one could ask for for a good stay.

I loved how we were received by Kizzy, very attentive, she left us a complimentary beer as a welcome, it was a complete stay, I had towels, there were no shortage of dishes or cutlery, the place was super quiet, I would still come back.

I had a problem and Ursula bent over backwards to help me resolve it. She is extremely helpful and if she was a Boy Scout in the United States, she would be Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean and Reverent! My boyfriend and I spent an entire month in this beautiful apartment and we felt absolutely at home. Mrs. Elvia is a wonderful owner, very friendly and helpful. She was always in touch and was very positive with us. The apartment is located in a beautiful and safe area and literally a 10 minute walk from the ocean. Nearby there are plenty of shops, restaurants and a very tasty bakery. The apartment is quiet and very homely with many beautiful details. We would be glad to come back again. This is the second time I have stayed in Juan Daniel's apartment, and it is certainly not the last. As a host, he is a 10/10, always willing to help and attentive to your well-being. The apartment is very small, but has everything you need. It's perfect for someone like me who works remotely, travels alone, and doesn't spend much time at home. The neighborhood is quiet and very well connected by buses, the Metropolitano, minibuses and motorcycle taxis. If you want to get to know life in Lima as it really is, and shop in the market, go on public transport and meet the people who live there, it is the ideal accommodation. I hope to return to the same apartment soon.

It was a unique experience, an apartment with a balcony to the sea and the Larcomar, the day I return to Lima I will try to be there again. It's worth it.

Everything is super good. The place is incredible and much more if you go with children, the only thing that could possibly be improved is the kitchen and the utensils , everything else is super good. Anthony was attentive and very understandable with check in.
