The host is very friendly, responsive, the house is very clean and cozy, and prepared children's toiletries, baby dining chairs, and fully equipped with kitchen utensils. The neighborhood is also very safe, quiet and tidy. I highly recommend this place when you come to Chiang Mai.

The little white little black tortoises are all very cute!Kiraku is very family, often come to the second floor to find us to play ~ Tina and Tony people are also very good, telling us a lot of good and fun food nearby!The four days of staying here are as good as dreams, and I hope to come again in the future😻

This home was exactly as described. It’s in a quiet street a walkable distance to great restaurants. Very original setting. Within a home environment.

The accommodation is quiet and peaceful. The house is large and spacious, but it’s quite far from tourist attractions. The entrance to the alley is a bit deep. If distance isn’t an issue, this is definitely a place worth staying. The owner responds quickly.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

Guy and his team were amazing at answering our questions before we came, being responsive during our stay every time we reached out and were providing VIP quality service with flexibility when they were able to. The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

Peaceful, rural location. Great restaurants with in short driving distance and provisions shop for essentials within walking distance. Our son loved the pool to cool off after our daily outings. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Carsten. A nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

Nice location and great host. They provide everything we needs and they are very flexible. We were on our family vacation and this place felt like home.

We loved our stay here! I traveled solo with my 3 boys, ages 8, 12, and 13 and we all enjoyed this place. It's very well cared for and everyone is very attentive and kind, always smiling and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. We used the laundry machines provided for a very small fee. The air conditioning works great and the bathroom is divine. We walked each morning to the coffee shop at the end of the road... nothing to write home about but very convenient. There's a friendly cat and bunny that come and go. The gardens are very well cared for and very safe. The location requires the use of a Grab or taxi but it's easy for them to find. If traveling with a big group it'd be worthwhile and doable to rent out more listings on the premises! We loved this place and would happily go back again. We didn't utilize the kitchen so I don't have any feedback on how functional it is.

Great location, walking distance to Nimman One and Maya Shopping Mall, many restaurants around, easy to eat, Tengli Jun Tai North curry rice is very close.

I have stayed here many times and this time again I am impressed. The location is very good, the house is clean, the owner is very helpful, replies to messages very quickly, the convenience of a mini mart is just in front of the house, you can walk there. Thank you, I will stay again if I come to Chiang Mai.

This stay was excellent, the hosts are very friendly and super helpful with local recommendations. The location of the AirBnB is in a private area away from busy roads. The pool was clean and easily accessible. There is a 7/11 about 0.4 miles from the property and a larger shopping area about 1 mile away. Be sure to ask the hosts about the local night time markets and restaurants. They are very knowledgeable about the area. Overall a great place to stay if you want to be a ways out of the main city.

Our stay at Youdin Kindee was the best we had in Thailand, so far. The wonderful host, Ranee and her son Titan, as well as Jo the smiley house keeper made us feel right at home from the first moment. They were super friendly, helpful and just lovely people in general. The art and adobe buildings are beautiful and inspiring, as is the amazing surrounding view. The children learned to fish, feed the animals and were free to roam the grounds and play, swim in the pool and just enjoy. Lastly, Youdin Kindee was a wonderful place for a much needed rest and healing time from Chiang Mai city. We appreciate the farm so much! And will forever cherish our experience there. The area is great, with a wonderful local market just five minutes away, and it's very walkable to other nearby markets and the Old Town. David
