The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had lovely patios to spend time on. It was right next to a plaza with two cafes and close to a supermarket. Would stay here again for sure

Enrico is a very precise and detail-oriented host, he takes care of the house in the best possible way and makes sure that the stay goes perfectly. The home is very tidy and as advertised. It is easily accessible from the highway, the reserved parking is very convenient and it is easy to reach the center on foot

A very nice and clean apartment I loved the place is quiet and beautiful in the bathroom. I advise the families to live in it, especially the married ones (a honeymoon) with a kitchen, integrated tools, and the most beautiful owner of the apartment is nice and quick to respond

We had a great time. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Both indoors and by the pool. It is super located for shopping, picking up rolls and to the water/center it is also not far. We would come back.

Silvia is really kind and available for any request and to provide information about the place, the house is super equipped with impeccable cleanliness and a huge garden for us and our animals, which were gladly accepted! What an incredible find. Clean and modern with views that wow! Absolutely a great get away. We walked into town for dinner and coffee in the am. The trail around the lake is in fantastic condition and the lake is breathtaking taking. We will be back.

We had a great stay! During our five days in San Felice del Benaco the daytime temperature average 30 C and it was sunny non stop, so having the pool and outdoor shower to cool of was of immense value. The house is big and the bathrooms and kitchens are good, we cooked a lot at home and had dinner on the patio so the spaciousness was very helpful. The only issue we had was with mosquitos (a few, not insane numbers, but a few is enough to annoy and bite). There were no mosquito webbing for the patio doors in the bedrooms or windows in the adjacent hallway, so whe had to sleep with these closed, which resulted in quite sweaty nights. With webbing on these (or mosquito nets for each bed à la tropical countries) it would be possible to get a nice draft through the bedrooms at night, which would be a great improvement, Gaspare seems very service minded so I am sure that will be taken care of somehow!

Beatrice's house is just wonderful. Everything is great and decorated with a lot of love. Great details can be found everywhere. Simply everything is new and modern. The view of Lake Garda is phenomenal and we enjoyed the great and large balcony to the fullest. Everything you need is available and much more. Beatrice is a very nice, lovable and attentive hostess who was always available to us and gave helpful tips for activities. We felt very comfortable at all times. Grazie mille per tutto, Beatrice!

Paolo and Marianna's home made our family's Garda & Dolomiti trip happy. I was very impressed by the host's warm hospitality and thoughtful consideration. The accommodation is equipped with a very beautiful interior that reflects the host's amazing sense and the same amenities as a 5-star hotel, and in particular, the bedroom, kitchen, and jacuzzi facilities, where the host's meticulous care stands out, were impressive. The coziness of the garden and the beautiful flowers are impressive, and the surrounding landscape is a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Garda del riba is close to the city and has excellent access to the lake and market. It was an amazing accommodation that added to the happiness of travelers with more than 5 stars. I wish Marianna and Paolo happiness, and my family would definitely like to stay at your home for at least 5 days again. The kids are also growing up, so I'm happier. I think it'll be a Dolomite trip.

The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

We felt welcome at Loretta's from the start. She personally welcomed us and showed us the most important things. The apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped. It is located a little off the old town of Sirmione, which did not bother us. But the area is quiet and restaurants, bars, supermarkets or a gelateria are still within walking distance. For children, there are great playgrounds nearby. From the apartment you can easily make excursions to other cities (e.g. Garda, Bardolino, Lazise, Verona, Venice). Loretta was very helpful and answered many questions. She gave us great tips for activities, restaurants, cafes, parking, etc. A travel bed and high chair were provided for our little daughter.

We and our dog enjoyed this accommodation very much. There are a lot of good restaurants around, a lot of supermarkets and a shopping mall within walking distance. It is about 15 minutes walk to the train station, which is also very convenient. Denis was very friendly, told us about the neighborhood and gave us good recommendations.

Lovely stay. Very good location with a 10 minute ish walk to the lake and 10min into padenghe. Check in was fairly easy with some YouTube videos to show you where the lockbox is and how to get in. The outdoor space is great and the pool fantastic! Thank you

We spent two days in this B&B and couldn't have made a better choice! The apartment is completely renovated, all new and with attention to detail. The walk-in closet is beautiful, the bathroom is impeccable, and the kitchen and living room modern, cozy and super equipped One of the highlights is definitely the huge terrace, perfect for relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you need: pots, coffee maker, tea, mugs, cutlery... everything is super clean! The sheets were fragrant and super soft, and the raised bed was so comfortable that in the morning we didn't want to get up. It's also equipped with Netflix and every possible comfort, making your stay even more enjoyable. The location is in a quiet but convenient area to reach everything easily. Considering the quality of the apartment and the impeccable renovation, the price is really great. A special thank you also to the girl who manages it: very kind and always available

Cozy and bright, the apartment is located a stone's throw from the center in a quiet and quiet location; the comfortable and well-organized spaces have allowed us to spend our vacation in total comfort.
