Private room in shared house with the host. Villa in the neighborhood of Retiro. Large terrace. I live with Loles my cat. If you're allergic to cats or don't like them, it's not your space. Bed size 200x140 cm. We shared the bathroom. You can use the whole house, living room, kitchen, terrace, washing machine, fridge, dishwasher. Very bright house, in the photos the living room seems larger than reality. 20 minutes from the center by bus and metro, 35 minutes walk - Retiro Park 5 minutes walk.

Quiet and coquette spot in Madrid

This is a terraced house with two floors. At the ground floor there is a small garden, sitting and dining room, a small toilette and the kitchen. At the first floor you will find two rooms and the bathroom. This is a quiet area without noises neither traffic where you can have a nice rest. I see myself as an open minded person and I like to interact with any kind of human being, I don't care about people backgrounds, as long as they are respectful and good people.

Benita House

Our house is special for its tranquility, design, space and comfort. It is perfect for a large family or two couples with children. Each floor of the house has at least one bathroom, which makes it very independent. In addition, it has two terraces with different orientations to have breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. The pool, in summer, is a real plus. There is also a playroom for the little ones. In short, the house is perfect for a few days off in Madrid.
