Great place, very accommodating. House was very clean and comfortable. Patrick was an excellent host and made sure that we had a great stay. My daughters loved the foosball and ping pong table. I would definitely stay here again.

We were most interested in finding a place near the sites of downtown, Grand Old Opry, etc…It was an easy Uber to these places and only around $20 with super fast pick up. The house was clean, beds comfortable and hot tub was great. We didn’t pay close enough attention that it only had 1 bathroom which was challenging for 6 of us but that was on us as it’s clearly states 1 bathroom. All in all a great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Timber Ridge, it’s neat and cozy! Very peaceful surroundings and it’s so nice to enjoy the hot tub while it is raining and see the leaves falling off slowly! Also the host is extremely friendly and responsive. We definitely will come back for another vacation.

Rick and Candy went over and above all expectations I had for hosts. They were very quick to respond, and you can tell that they want their guests to be comfortable. From the sign outside welcoming us (and wishing my husband a happy birthday!) to all of the extras inside, we felt that they really wanted us to be there. They even stacked firewood and kindling in their outside fireplace so we could easily start a fire! It was a great fire! They aren't in this business just for the money, but because they truly care about their guests having an amazing experience. I am so glad that we were able to book this home at the last minute. We had never been to Nashville before, but they were so welcoming that I know we will be back. I can't wait to stay in their home again!

We had a great time staying at Autumn's place. It is just as described. It is very clean and decorated beautifully. We loved hanging out on the screened in back porch. The hot tub did get a leak while we were there so we were unable to use it which was disappointing. However, Autumn responded quickly to my text and refunded some money to us. She is a very attentive host. The house is also in a quiet area and a short drive to many bars and restaurants, stores etc.

This place was amazing!! Although it’s a guesthouse it feels so secluded, we didn’t realize anyone was in the main house our whole stay until the end lol. Our hosts were extremely accommodating and helpful! There was coffee, wood for the fire pit, easy instructions for the hot tub, even detergent for the washing machine! We loved staying here we did not want to leave :,) Would 1000% stay here again!

Nashville was a great spot for a girls retreat. Overall, the area was great and the space worked really well for our group.

Great home for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room and beds, and lots of open space. Back yard area could be cleaned up more, but was still worth the socializing and gathering out back. Grill worked fine and was usable for BBQs. Easy Uber access to downtown Broadway and plenty to do in downtown Nashville. Great location away from the city to be quiet and quaint, but still close enough for all the action in the city. Would definitely rent from Danielle again!

I rented this beautiful style farm home for my families trip and they have not stopped raving about it, it's peaceful quite and beautiful greenery was perfect for a getaway and about a 20 min drive into the city. Judith was very communicative and helpful made the stay all that much better we look forward to staying there in the future highly recommend.

Alyssa was great with communication and clear on instructions. Our dog loved the backyard! Great location easy to get downtown and plenty to do in east Nashville!

Perfect stay! House was charming and had very comfortable. Stocked with everything you could possibly need: Roku TVs, kitchenware, washer/dryer etc. Quiet and safe street, in walking distance to restaurants and a coffee shop. About a 10 minute drive to downtown/Gulch. We stayed with our dog who loved the front and back yards. Bonuses were a fire pit and a dog park that was less than a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome for a Nashville trip!! We had 10 people and the house was very spacious and well kept. The location was awesome with only 10 dollar Uber rides to broadway and Nissan stadium. Amazing hospitality from host with fast with responding to messages!! Highly recommend

This is a great location, close to Broadway, but far enough away to be quiet. The host was very responsive and the space was comfortable!

If you are looking for a place to stay, that feels like home with all the amenities, look no further! Mark and Cathy have done such a wonderful job of providing every little thing you would need. There is a fully stocked, beautiful kitchen, very comfortable and clean beds, large closets, and all the nice little gadgets and upgrades that make it feel like home. We had a toddler and a little dog, +4 adult adults, and we had such a comfortable week! I will mention that there are quite a few stairs to get to the front door, but once you’re up there, everything is on a single level. There is a lovely back deck, and the stairs to get down to the parking area from the back or a little easier. There is even a deer feeding area in the front yard which gave us a couple good nature shows! Quick drive to the Providence shopping area, Walmart and lots of restaurants, but on a nice, quiet street. Mark and Kathy were very accommodating to us and super responsive. An excellence stay and super hosts!

Totally enjoyed Nashville. Everything was exactly as expected, very nice!!!

We really enjoyed staying there! We got snowed in and they were very helpful to help us add on a day. We did get locked out one night, but they were very quick to respond and help us get back in!

The condo is just like the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the complex is quiet. Although we didn't, you could easily walk to the Nashville hot spots! Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Stayed on my own for a few days over New Years. House was clean and very comfortable. I very much like the space and the view. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfy. The location was great. More of an up-and-coming area of town, so not super populated with other visitors, but I found it easy to hop on my bike and navigate around to Broadway or Bicentennial Park. The area is quiet and well-lit for the most part, so I felt safe. Loved having a designated off-street parking spot within sight of the condo. Would definitely stay again! Thank you.

Great, clean place! Good location for catching an Uber to Broadway or anywhere else you are wanting to go, yet quiet location when relaxing! Host responded within a very timely manner! Would highly recommend!

Great stay! Great view. Clean, the beds were amazing. Patsy's instructions were so well laid out, we didn't need any other help from her, but I'm confident she would have been there to talk us through any issues we might have had. Thanks for a great vacation! We now love Nashville!

Thanks Anthony for the great place to stay and the extremely flexible check in time. Place was clean and private, everything worked and the pool was great to take a dip in between the activities we had planned. We are planning to take another trip next year and will absolutely be getting a hold of u again.. we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, thanks again!!!
