Super clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed to cook at home. High end appliances. Conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Host was super responsive and friendly. One of our favorite Airbnb stays. Highly recommend and hope to return.

I appreciated all the snacks and drinks that were included. Bathroom was stocked with everything you'd need and there was detergent for the washer too

This beautiful cape on the water in Black Rock is perfect. Jim is an excellent host, responding right away when we had a couple of questions. We lived in the area all our lives and after retiring out of state we returned for the holidays this year. The house is in an excellent location, close to everything, and the house itself was just beautiful. It looks recently remodeled with a well equipped kitchen and 2 full baths. The downstairs was open, but cozy, and the bedrooms were really comfy. The view of Ash Creek is just beautiful. The house also had everything you would need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Wifi and smart TVs completed any need you would want in a rental. It is walking distance to a lot of restaurants and a short walk to St. Mary's by the Sea which is a beautiful walk by the water. We were so glad we found this gem!

Great find in Westport! Walking distance to main street with shops & restaurants. Didn't realize that someone lived in the unit below until we saw the check-in instructions but it was totally fine/you didn't even notice it during the stay.

Very nice setup for two couples, a baby, and a dog - could spread out with bedrooms and full bathrooms on each floor. Comfortable space with amenities you'd want while traveling with a dog and a baby (fenced in yard, laundry, etc). Very walkable to all the shops & restaurants in town, and easy drives to wineries & breweries. The only drawback was that it was close to a fire station and the sirens woke the baby from a nap.

Marta is a great host, very nice and helpful with always quick response. The house is spacious, neat with 4 rooms, supplies are sufficient. Location is quiet and convenient to get everything, eat, shopping, fitness etc. We had a very nice 2 weeks stay here, thank Marta. Very good to recommend.

Marta’s place was the perfect getaway for my family. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. The kitchen was huge with high end appliances, and the yard was a dream for our young dog. Lovely surroundings in the woods but close to town for shopping and restaurants. Truly an unforgettable experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's home. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and a quick drive to Springs. Access to the private clearwater beach was a plus! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I stayed at Ashton's place by myself on a visit to see my parents, who also live in Springs. It was everything I could have hoped for. So peaceful, and such a beautiful space. Amazing high ceilings and natural light. The yard is gorgeous, so I can only imagine how lovely it is when the weather is warm. Ashton himself is very responsive and accommodating. I was sad to leave!

I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time! We stayed for almost two weeks. The property is beautiful and puts you close to town of EH and Montauk. You are half hour or less away from Wolffer, Main Beach, Montauk, great shopping, amazing restaurants etc. We spent a lot of time riding bikes to the beautiful private beach and swimming in the heated pool. The house is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Our girls loved to hang out in the sunroom and play basketball in the backyard. Can’t say enough good things about Ellen and how great of a host she is. Highly Recommend!

The host Joanna was very responsive with communication. The house was big and clean (I am extremely picky with cleanliness). We stayed there for parents weekend at Fairfield University which was about a 25minute drive to the senior beach houses which wasn't terrible. For those Sacred Heart University families it is super close to their campus. The house is in a quiet, safe, family community. Overall, we were very happy!

The place is roomy and clean. The bed is comfy and the shower is great. There were juices and sodas and water in the mini fridge, a coffee maker with coffee and some wrapped snacks. A comfortable place to stay in a very pricy part of Long Island if you prefer a home over a hotel. We were only there for the 2 nights of our stay since we were out all day and for that it was perfect.

We come to Montauk often & loved this spot. Walkable & convenient to town plus a beach pass. The accommodation had plenty of space for a family with convenient parking. Highly recommend!

The place was clean and matched the description and listing. Quaint and private, the house has the essentials. heat works well as we stayed during a cold time. Rio communicated really well and said he was available if we needed anything.

Kisha was kind and thoughtful. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated and provided all amenities. Being dog friendly was also a plus for us as we were displaced u water damage at our house just 5 miles away.

We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

Honestly really enjoyed this stay. Based on some of the reviews I thought it was going to be much smaller than it was - but it’s basically as described. We came on the weekend of a snowstorm so unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor seating and grill, but had everything we needed in terms of cooking, TV, staying warm, etc.

We had a wonderful time staying in this lovely secluded cottage. Jess and Zach thought of everything, the room was beautifully curated, and the bed was beyond comfortable. We will definitely return!

Perfect spot to meet up with family for a concert in Newtown! Everything was just as described!
