Our family of 8 had the most incredible time staying at Upul's beautiful beach house in Negombo. The property is stunning, located just a few meters away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. It’s hard to believe such a gem is so unbelievably affordable! The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the caretaker—she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we've ever met. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious and added so much warmth to our experience. Upul, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories. It’s location was strategic for our requirements. Beautiful house with a huge compound with lots of nature surrounded. Good view for both sunsets and sunrise, loved his place very much. Hence, there an outdoor kitchen as well. And not forgetting the wonderful five friendly companions. Beautiful flowers and nature surrounding with paddy fields and a fish pond. A tranquil place to chill and heal, the internet is also reliable. The caretaker; Mr Amit and family as also very helpful. Offered us all the support and assistance during our stay. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in this part of the world.

From the moment we arrived, Chandrika, our host, was incredibly supportive and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The indoor pool was a dream—I loved starting my mornings with a swim and unwinding in the evenings, just floating under the soft lighting. But what truly made my stay unforgettable was Sira, the villa’s housekeeper. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, always with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. His kindness and dedication made all the difference. He is, without a doubt, the hidden gem of this villa! Villa Mika is a tropical paradise, offering the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind getaway in Negombo, this is the place to be.

Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!
