Vacation rentals with a patio in Macul

We loved Poliane and the apartment was clean and beautiful. Avenida Italia has many restaurants, shops, cafeterias. While this is outside of the hostess's control, people should be aware that the building allows parties on weekends in the "quinchos" directly below the balcony which can run to at least until 1:30. Unfortunately, we had to experience one of these parties. We had to do our best with white noise to kill the music and noise from the party. We also had a noisy neighbor directly above us. Still, the attention of the hostess was outstanding.

Very comfortable apartment, just like in the photos, it was easy to get there and the directions were accurate. A 10-minute walk to the Costanera Center.

Thankful for María José's disposition, the place is very good location... next to the Clinic Las Condes and with excellent access, we go out at night to walk in the very safe and clean environment. Definitely a great place to stay

Jed is an incredible man, hospitality, kindness, very friendly.. He spend too much time to help us about the city.. He was an amazing homeowner. He and his apertment was the best luck for us Ian Santiago. Jed thanks for drinks, minutes of giving advices, nice chat and your hospitality man!

Carolina was a fantastic host, super friendly and welcoming. The place itself was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Daniela's place was wonderful. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The kitchen was fully-equipped, there were plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper - anything you could think of! Everything was clean and modern. We really enjoyed staying in the Nuñoa neighborhood. It has a calmer feel than Santiago Centro but is near the metro and we were within walking distance of a grocery store, restaurants and parks. Check-in was very easy and it was wonderful to have free parking on the premises as well. Temperatures were perfect so we didn't need to use the heating or cooling units but there were plenty in place if need be. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a family! Well equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is super calm and there is a beautiful park and a little market in front of the house. I definitely recommend!

Everything super great with the stay. Rodrigo quickly answers all questions. The apartment is comfortable and well located. It has a nice view of the mountain range and Nuñoa square. The metro is also very close and the plus that has parking inside the building is appreciated.

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in Sergio's apartment and through him I came to this apartment. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very kind. The apartment is very conveniently located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Arauco Park. It is at an important intersection in Santiago and with excellent roads to get around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everything is impeccable (the appliances: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc. are in perfect condition). The rooms are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is wonderful!!!! Definitely a place to come back. Thank you Mariela for your kindness and thanks to Sergio and Coti for their excellent attention!!!
