The apartment was spotless clean!

We absolutely loved our stay at Castellina Di Bocco and were sad to leave! The house was extremely clean, well furnished and inviting whilst Giulia was a generous host. From the moment we set foot on the property, we were warmly welcomed by three wonderful dogs (Thor, Pagnotta and Menta) that would become best friends with our children for the entirety of our stay. The house was great for our family of four with two living areas. Set high up on a hill, overlooking the township of Castiglion Fibocchi, you’re spoiled by a view that rivals the nearby Big Bench tourist attraction! The town itself is accessible by foot but as a family we needed to drive everywhere - Google maps guides the way perfectly. We had intended on visiting vineyards across Chianti but this was a challenge. We opted for close by wineries instead and a stop over in nearby Montepuliciano which did not disappoint. We missed out on using the pool due to bad weather but it looks perfect for warmer weather!

The villa exceeded our expectations. It was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Excellent amenities. Beautiful surroundings with olive and lemon trees. Cute little village nearby with an excellent restaurant. The host was very responsive. We had a bit of trouble finding the place but that might be more us than the directions. You definitely need a rental car Thank you for an amazing stay

We had a great stay in this beautiful place. The farmhouse has several apartments each with their privacy. The pool was very clean and hot, there was shade available and a shower and toilet right next door. The apartment was as in the photos, there was no air conditioning but it was very cool inside during the day. A few days before our arrival, Isabella sent us all the necessary information and it was her brother Piero who welcomed us very warmly when we arrived. The place was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and bath linens were provided. There are many things to do and see in the area, we even had recommendations available. Overall we are really happy and would definitely recommend this place!

What to say, maybe leaving a positive review for Enrico and his home would be very reductive. Talking about Enrico is like talking about a person at home even though you don't know him. It immediately puts you at ease with an out of the ordinary politeness and above all by leaving your home as if it was truly yours. He infinitely cares about the human relationship, rather than the client/renter relationship, in addition to offering us the eggs of his beautiful chickens for two days in a row and in addition to making us find a bottle of wine, a welcome pack of coffee was constantly in direct contact with us, making us spend two days as if we were family. Her beautiful home is taken care of in every detail, offering the possibility of great natural and positive light thanks to the large windows that act as a wall. Warm, welcoming... I no longer have other positive words to give you except a fundamental one, the one we will definitely be back!

Erika is a great host, she welcomed us as if we were relatives and also made us find games for our little girl. The apartment is nice and very clean, it has everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay inside. The area is perfect for visiting the center of Arezzo and its Christmas markets but at the same time very quiet and quiet.

I fully recommend the apartment with the seaview from Cristiana. Location was excellent for our planned trip to San Marino, as well as to Safari Ravenna. I probably don't have to mention the beach which is literally next to the building. Thank you!
