The host, Conchi, is very friendly and approachable. The accommodation is very nice, nicer than the pictures. A very quiet area close to many sights in the area.

This Studio is bigger than what it seems in the pictures. Very tastefully decorated with high quality linen and all other consumables. A lot of thought has gone into this place - like having multiple charging points at convenient locations, using of very soothing room fresheners. The bathroom is spacious & much bigger than what studio apartments usually have. The hostess was extremely helpful and gracious, even though we delayed our confirmed arrival time. She met us at the Car Park and walked us to the Studio which we highly appreciate. Due to the central location, every place is within 10 minutes walking. Only issue is - again as it is so central, there is a lot of street noise of tourists walking by, that does come up. Overall gem of a place.

Alex was attentive and helpful at all times from the time I booked until we left. The apartment is exactly as described and was very clean. The area is pedestrianized and very central and bustling, so it was a good idea to take the parking option to forget about the car on the days we were in Salamanca.

My friends and I spent the weekend in the apartment and we couldn't have decided better. The apartment is centrally located, just 10 minutes from the Salamanca atmosphere, it is easy to park and has a supermarket just around the corner where you can do your shopping. Raquel was really nice to us, she came to welcome us and was flexible with the check-out time. He also stocked the kitchen with several things that we might need considering that we were arriving at night. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious. 100% recommended!!

An amazing place to stay during your stay in Salamanca, super quiet, clean and above all, it's close to the train station and downtown

A perfect apartment for a young couple. It is super close to the center of Salamanca and the super friendly and respectful neighborhood, they were painting a house they were ventilating the whole pill to be able to remove the smell of paint and not sleep with it. The apartment had all the utensils described in the description. Manuel was the one who received us and was super accessible with us. We were very comfortable and happy. The only constructive criticisms I would do are that the bathroom mat is better than fabric than wood, since all the water comes out when leaving the shower; and we could not ventilate the apartment because we were not told how to open the window that has but otherwise , everything in perfect condition.

Juana, the host, was attentive to us before, during and after the stay. She welcomed us with produce from her garden and gave it to us again a few days later. Super cozy house and true to the photos, with a super spacious garden, which we didn't take advantage of due to bad weather. Highly recommended accommodation to which we would definitely return. Juana is undoubtedly a great host.
