Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality

Søren's place is a beautiful home, with a nice sized garden and three well-appointed bedrooms (two double, one single). It's close to the beautiful Taarbæk harbour and the Dyrhaven forest. We really enjoyed staying there with our two girls for a week this summer. The place is well kitted out, and about a 25 minute walk from the nearest train station in Klampenborg allowing easy access to Copenhagen city.

We had such a great week at Lines house. The house is beautiful and has everything you need indoors and outdoors, also for kids. We felt at home immediately. More over there is a large sports area including track and swimming pool right next door and a nice village with shops and restaurants 5 minutes by bike. Absolutely perfect!

Jette’s house is the perfect place to stay for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Located in a quiet secluded residential street. Safe parking on a driveway directly in front of the house. The decoration and furnishings are kept immaculately, as well as being extremely comfortable. Every thing you need is provided and a nice touch was the welcoming gift. The house is well placed within walking distance from a large shopping centre and many good restaurants. We had a car and access to the City and other local areas, was quick and easy. This our second stay at Jette’s and would highly recommend.

We have stayed in this house for two summers in a row! We are a family of four, our children are ages five and seven. The kids feel very comfortable in this beautiful house. We have immensely enjoyed the use of the outdoor area, with its incredible and beautiful gardens and patio furniture everywhere. There’s also a trampoline and, berries and apple trees making it ideal for our kids. Inside the house is decorated in a traditional and  beautiful danish style. Our hosts have been incredibly generous to let the kids use their trampoline,  Legos and coloring books to keep them occupied and  happy. The house is flooded with sunlight, and cozy and comfortable in every way. We have cooked meals here, eaten outside or inside, had popcorn movie nights on the couch, and so much fun here. This house is ideally situated in a quiet suburban neighborhood, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the town. It is also a 20 minute walk to the beach. Our hosts have been very accommodating a

Wonderful place close to Copenhagen. You can leave the car at the house and take the train to Copenhagen, takes about 30min. The house is spacious and very comfortable, we had a lovely family vacation.

Charming house with a beautiful garden that really feels like a family home. We didn’t have a car and the train station and grocery store is a 15-minute walk from the house, but the trains run very smoothly to the city. And the surroundings are beautiful and the nearby museum Ordrupsgaarden is fantastic!

Our time at the house was amazing. It truly felt like home after me and my family spend our short and precious time there. The interiors, the lights, the ambience and everything else was amazing. Nicky was also really kind and helpful with every question we had. We had a lovely stay. The apartment is great, it is close to many amenities and a train ride away from the city. We were there to visit family and it really felt like home for a week. We would love to stay there again. The hosts were available if required but not intrusive at all. Thank you for a lovely stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at the unit. I was able to easily walk to my business meetings within Lyngby but was also super close to the train with a short ride to the beautiful downtown area. The unit was cozy and perfect for my needs for the week. Thanks Kat!

The place was very nice and the neighborhood was quiet. Although it was further from the center, 5 minutes from the apartment there was a train stop, where you could always get a direct connection. There was a beautiful lake nearby where you could relax and bathe. The host was really great, responded to messages right away and helped with everything. The apartment was very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. I highly recommend the place, we loved it here:)

Sanne is a very mindful and friendly host who responds quickly and accurately to questions. The place in Sorgenfri near Lyngby is centrally located yet quiet. There is plenty of free parking in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities such as Netto, Lidl and others are easily accessible, as are a bakery right around the corner. The expressway towards Copenhagen is close by, and the S-Bahn station is also within walking distance. The Base Camp (student residence) is also close by. Those who want to explore Copenhagen and still live stress-free are in good hands in Sanne's accommodation. For nature lovers, there is also the opportunity to take walks in the area. It couldn't be better!

We loved the apartment and if we will need an accommodation again in Denmark, we will surely have Charlotte's apartment as the first preference: all in all definitely recommended! Charlotte is very kind, answers always quickly and is absolutely welcoming. Everything was simply perfect! Thank you for everything Charlotte! :)

Perfect place for a family trip to Copenhagen. 5 min to beach and 20 min to city by bike.

Taarbæk is a magical place and Katrine's accommodation is the perfect accommodation for this wonderful place. Everything is perfect, super clean, lovingly furnished and Katrine is a great host. She is always available to answer questions at any time. The best thing about the accommodation is Katrine's cat Fimpe, who is super sweet and doesn't do any work. Although Katrine would even be prepared to take the cat with her. I am grateful and happy to have spent such wonderful and happy days with Katrine. It couldn't have been better!

I absolutely love Sofie’s apartment. I felt at home from the minute I stepped in the door and have had 13 wonderful days there. Sofie has decorated her place in a thoughtful, beautiful and functional manner. She was highly responsive from the first moment of contact and continued to be available should I need it. Sofie was kind and flexible with both the check in and check out process which is so very helpful for those of us who require long flights to get to Denmark. The apartment is beautifully located with easy access and walking distance to the stunning coastline of Øresund and to the beautiful Dyrehaven. The S train is a short walk away as are many excellent grocery stores. I experienced 13 days of peace and comfort and I would love to stay here again some time!
