It was excellent! Carmen was quick to respond and very helpful! She arranged our airport transportation and kept up with our arrival. She gave great advice for Gocta waterfall and suggested a route which was much better than what we had planned. She also helped arrange a last-minute trip to Cerro El Tigre which is not easy, it requires some planning, but worth it! Their cook, Judith, was phenomenal! We planned to eat dinner there one night then explore the town restaurants, but Judith’s food was so good we ended up eating there 3 of our 4 nights! The last night they treated us to dinner by the fire pit. Dinner was about double the town prices, but so worth it for the quality, service and ambiance. Lodge #3 was comfortable and peaceful. Loved sitting on the patio with a view of the waterfall. The bathroom was a dream. Best shower we had in our 3-week trip. Water is a precious commodity, so we used the shower sparingly, but the hot water was fabulous after a long day of hiking.

The location is excellent—just 2.5 blocks from the main square, tour agencies, a minimarket, restaurants, and bakeries. The bedroom is cozy and inviting, featuring a beautiful closet and ample storage for clothing. The kitchen, while functional, could benefit from some improvements, such as enhancing its freshness and adding cabinets to the lower section.

Villa Paris is a beautiful place to stay and relax. The bungalow was cozy, roomy and beautiful inside. The view from the rooms is stunning with gardens all around. The porch was a nice place to spend cool afternoons playing games or just sipping herbs infusions. There was a small pool outside just for kids. Cindy and her cohost were very responsive and caring, very attentive. The place is a 5-6 minute ride away from the town center. The beds were comfy and nice hot water in the showers. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a wonderful stay in Chachapoyas. Chachapoyas is amazing! I will come back again.

The place is very nice, the location is good, good. The weather is pleasant, it has a river nearby and there is a winery and a restaurant next door. Robert and Whitney were very attentive to all requirements. We arrived a little late and they waited for us for the delivery of the keys. Highly recommended, we'll be back soon. Great for going with friends or family

My only annoyance was not being able to stay another night to enjoy such a beautiful place. The beautiful and cozy space surrounded by nature with the Gotca peak in the background. The breakfast was simply amazing, everything was local and homemade, the bread!!

A very good stay, all relentless and cute, rustic and cozy environment like at home ☺️
