Great to stay with many people, big house

Second time staying in this beautiful house and I would always go again. Very pleasant our stay, it has all the amenities, the house is very cute and very cozy , very clean private condominium, oceanfront house. Jessica is a super host , very friendly and helpful . Easy communication and gave me the details of the most recommended points in the area to go out to eat.

The house is better than the photos. Overlooked how complete it was, including oven and grill accessories. Excellent attention from the house support staff.

The place is nicer than the pictures. I went with 8 people and the house is well complete.

We went for a family celebration. It was a little hard to find and you have to walk a block and a half with some stairs on the way. No problem for us. But the place was very cozy , comfy bed and pillows. Everything very clean and good hot water in the bathroom. Since it was Winter when we were there, there were enough warm blankets. Carola lives right beside and can be reached easily . Security cameras all round, we felt very safe. Walking distance to beach and restaurants.

We were few days but we had a good time, Mayko gave us an immediate response and met us for check-in, super friendly!

i thought it was very nice , it feels peace, the internet a little slow, but so it is better to disconnect us .. everything ok

Watching the sun dip below the horizon from the terrace was an experience we'll never forget—truly one of the most amazing views in Lima! Stephan was always just a message away, ready to provide assistance or answer any questions we had. His dedication to his guests truly made our experience exceptional. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway with stunning views and outstanding service, Punta Negra is the place to be. I can't wait to return!
