Very clean and responsive hosts. Jun and Thao (hosts) are friendly and awesome, always ready to respond and help out within minutes. Definitely super hosts quality! The location is central, lots to do nearby and only a few minutes walk to the lake! Also offers free laundry by a kind housekeeper. Highly recommend!

Perfect stay while I was in Ha Noi! Mr Thanh is a wonderful host and super responsive. This cosy apartment lies near Ho Tay, which IMO is much better than the “old district”. It’s surrounded by lots of convenience stores, good restaurants and a huge mall nearby. The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities I needed, plus a friendly housekeeper willing to help, really appreciate her. I highly recommend it for people seeking a quiet place to stay but still have a great location.

The apartment was just what we were looking for! Very modern and clean had all the amenities we needed (washing machine, dryer, Netflix) was also very spacious. The owner was very helpful with quick responses as we booked very late and extended our stay. Thankyou.

Very safe place. A bit more local than I thought but easy to get around. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom s was good for us. The lift was good to get to higher floors.

Mr. Phong was very friendly since the beginning, he came to guide me from the bus stop when I arrived and gave me recommendations of restaurants and clothing stores. The family offered a local weekend dinner that was super! The accommodation was clean and comfortable and there was a lot of space. I got to pet the sociable cat too, it was perfect.

The room was the same as the photos, it was tidy, and the host was very kind.

The apartment has the perfect starting point to explore Hanoi. It is very central but still quiet. Above all, the balcony is a small highlight. Self check-in was very good thanks to the clear instructions. We would come back anytime!

The location was great for 1 vacation

Thanks to Tuan's help, we stayed comfortably for four nights, and on the third afternoon, the cleaner came to clean, keeping our space clean. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and the host responded very promptly. Hair dryer, ironing board, washing machine, dryer, everything was there!I highly recommend booking with Tuan, our other friends' experience in the same building is not as good, so we are lucky to find Tuan!

It was just one day stay. but it was really good. very nice location to go to center of the hanoi ^^!

We had a great time at Diep's place. The apartment was as described. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and flawless. The host gave us personal recommendations to move around which were great. We felt like we had a friend who took care of a lot things for us here in this new place. The apartment is at a walking distance to all the major attractions and is a bit away as well in a separate street from the crowd making the stay peaceful and comfortable. I would highly recommend Diep's place to anyone staying in Hanoi.
