This is such a beautiful property to stay on. It’s family history and architecture was extraordinary. The hosts were absolutely incredible and so gracious with us. We loved it! The property is so peaceful and the beaches are amazing. The town so cute great restaurants highly recommend.

I had a great stay in Stefania’s home! It was safe, clean and ideally located. Possible to park car nearby and very clear instructions. Would definitely recommend!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

One of the most amazing Airbnb experiences ever. The apartment is located in the middle of historic quarters with a great view, small alleys and restaurants. Everything has gone smoothly and we quickly got help from Gioia when we needed something. For tall people: think about holding your head down, it is low ceilings. The stairs up to the apartment are challenging and not for those who have difficulty walking. There were some essentials missing in the kitchen which I'm sure the host will arrange. I fully recommend this home!

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

A haven away from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Only a 15 min drive from the station where you can hop on the metro and be at the heart of the city in 15 mins. The house was really well equipped set in beautiful gardens that are perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. Licia was there to greet us and was welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area giving us some great tips on what to do and where to go. Highly recommended.

Casa del Gelso is beautiful, peaceful and magical! The gardens with fruit and olive trees and flowers was lovely to stroll around with wonderful views off to the west. Patrizia and her family were so helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. When we arrived, the apartment was decorated for Christmas and there were traditional cookies and pannetore waiting for us on the kitchen table. Later Patrizia brought us a bottle of prosecco and Italian chocolate! Every morning, we enjoyed picking and juicing oranges and grapefruit from their garden. Patrizia and her family live upstairs in the large farmhouse and our family stayed in what is the entire ground floor with 4 bedrooms each with its own bath. We had ample heat for the chilly December days and nights and had a lovely stay.

Had a fantastic evening 😍❤️ La Jacuzzi is wonderful, huge and very spacious... the whole place was super clean and arranged including towels, soaps and everything you needed... They also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from their very good production... We can't wait to come back 😍😍

We had a great time staying at Guiseppe’s air bnb. He greeted us on arrival which was lovely and despite the language barrier between us, check in went smoothly; a really lovely chap. Claudia was extremely helpful and responsive whenever we had questions to ask the host about the stay before and during. She was quick to get back to me which was fantastic. The place was lovely and spacious and couldn’t fault it!

The house was great highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a break away near the beach and a short walk to the town. Excellent host and roomy rooms. Many thanks

This host is really wonderful. What stood out that they left us breakfast on our brief 1 night stand to visit Montecassino. House is so clean really pristine. Terrace is huge with the view of. MonteCassino. I would highly recommend this for everybody. Thank you Arturo and Carolina very much

We stayed two nights in Artena's apartment to take the children to the Magicland park, the village of Artena is very characteristic and definitely deserves a walk in the alleys of the historic center enriched by beautiful floral decorations. The apartment is in a convenient location to walk, very clean and with all the essentials. The hosts Valeria and Roberto were super kind and helpful, including providing advice about the area during the stay.

We will be going back again drfineitly a lovely place to stay home from 10/10. Friendly host , any thing you need is never too much to ask.

Salvatore was kind, responsive, and amazing at communicating across our language barrier. His place feels like a vintage yacht, and the view is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this as a Ostia beach getaway, and exactly what we needed after some long flights.

I loved to stay at Maya's apartment. As I said to Maya, I felt as I was in a movie. The location can't be more perfect, and the apartment is cozy, cute and very comfortable! It has everything that you need, I'm looking forward to come back! ah... and Maya is lovely!

alessandra's house is a perfect oasis of tranquility, right in front of the lake and a stone's throw from many restaurants and the lakefront. The house is very nice and equipped with every need. We had a great time

Lovely house in the hills with a beautiful view! If you have a car, it’s very easy to explore the surrounding countryside and get into the city of Rome. Simona was a very sweet and gracious host.

Beautiful apartment, top location , top hosts

Marcos place is a great find nestled in the medieval town of Sermoneta. Sermoneta itself has a range of cute bars and restaurants and all is within walking distance of the place (be prepared for lots of steep stairs and cobbled streets in Sermoneta!). Parking was easy and made the house very accessible. Inside the house, it is an old converted olive mill which gives the house character along with its unique layout. Before staying i was confused with the bedroom layout so this is how it actually is; Bedroom 1: Double bed + cot. Bedroom 2: Double bed + 2 single beds inside the room up some stairs. Bedroom 3: Double bed. Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (note you have to walk through this room to get to bedroom 3). And finally a sofa bed in the living room. Hopefully that clears some things up. Overall we had a great stay enjoying the town, the pool and the views over the valley towards the sea.

We had a really good time at Carlo's house: for the courteous and familiar welcome, the panoramic view, the quiet location and a little secluded, but close to interesting places, and for the presence of the pool, useful given the high temperatures.

We LOVED our stay here!! Large and comfortable well-appointed house, with everything you could possibly need (washing machine and a lovely soaking tub!). Loved cooking in the kitchen and we did use the wonderful outdoor BBQ. Minutes drive from groceries and the hilltop village. Wonderful hosts welcomed us upon arrival, showed us everything and how things worked, and immediately responded to questions. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing quiet and peaceful stay! 10 stars and definitely recommend!!

Beautiful place, was made to feel very at home by the lovely hosts who catered for all of our needs. The location is perfect - nestled amongst nature with picturesque towns nearby. We loved our time there and hope to be back in the future! Really special.

I recommend more more this house Especially having made another house before …. and especially Francesca She is kind , kind, caring The house is extremely well equipped with sugar flour tea sheets…. Everything you need The pool , ⚽️ balloons, sunbathing, quiet , beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay there again and the kids would too. Thanks for a great week 🙏
