Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lüneburg

We booked the house earlier this year with 4 adults and 2 young children. The spacious living room with fireplace and the layout on the 1st floor was ideal for us. Location is very quiet. Great were the games and flyers with possible activities :) The beds were liked by everyone, which is rather rare. In the summer you can certainly use the garden and the bikes more. In winter it was still beautiful in the north

We rented the house with three families. That was perfect.

We had great Christmas days with the whole extended family there. Also for 13 people incl. 5 children and 2 dogs offered the house great conditions to have community, but also to be able to retreat. We felt right at home, everything was super prepared, bed linen, towels etc. on site. The kitchens are also sufficiently equipped for cooking, if you want to bake, you have to bring your own accessories such as blender. One or two larger pots would have been helpful for the whole group. Only small disappointment on site: The dogs were not allowed to enter the common area upstairs, but had to stay in the apartments on the ground floor. This is understandable due to the wooden floor, it would just have been nice to know beforehand. So we had to spontaneously reschedule upon arrival, which caused some displeasure. Still good to know: not only is there no Wi-Fi, but no reception depending on the network, you have to adjust to it;-)

Always a great stay at Mareike’s! Comfortable, peaceful and wonderful surroundings. We hope to be back again someday.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning in this small, cozy house. It had everything you needed. The rooms were lovingly designed and we really enjoyed the stay. Even with a small heating problem, we received help directly and everything worked smoothly again. Thank you for the time.

We have been two families, eight in total, who have stayed in "Alte Schule", and there was plenty of space. Everything was very neat and clean when we arrived, and overall the place was a perfect setting for some quiet days in a wonderful company! The place can only be recommended on our end!

Staying with Lilli was great! Quiet location in nice neighborhood for walks. Lilli lovingly prepared the house for the Christmas season, we felt very comfortable!

We stayed with the family for a few days to enjoy a little break and leave the stress of the big city behind us for a few days. We were more than happy with the house, the garden and our hostess. We were able to relax the days and there was nothing missing! Clear recommendation and very happy to come back soon!

Great stay. Easy checkin and Checkout. Simone was always quick to reply to any questions we had. Really enjoyed the Blackout Shutters and quiet surroundings for a peaceful night sleep. We look forward to staying here again.

Sybille is such a lovely host and I like to be in the apartment so much that I was there for the second time. It's big, clean, quiet, and the location can't be beat from my point of view. We stayed in Hamburg for an extended weekend and Carina's apartment was the perfect accommodation for this! We liked the location very much and although there is a lot going on in the immediate vicinity, the apartment itself is very quiet. Overall, we felt very comfortable:)

A very nice place & with its fantastic public transport connections (the bus stop is literally minutes away and buses go frequently) an ideal base for exploring the great city of Hamburg. The generously stocked ´welcome fridge ´ is an added bonus.

John was a great host. He has already contacted us at the time of booking, contacted us again before arrival to ask when we will arrive and waited for us until late at night. John lives right next door, was always available to us and yet invisible, it was really pleasant and peaceful in the apartment. Thank you again for all this, John. The accommodation is nicely located in a quiet residential area near a forest. The apartment itself is even better than it can be seen in the photos of Airbnb, here. Potential for improvement for the future. There is everything from a very spacious kitchen-living room, to a cot and children's toys to a cozily furnished smoking gazebo in the outdoor area. There is also plenty of free parking space in front of the house. It was an all-round positive experience for us and we will certainly come back to John's place again.

We felt very comfortable! The apartment is stylish, furnished with a lot of love for detail and very high quality (e.g. with the kitchen equipment). The location of the apartment is great, a few minutes walk to the S train station Blankenese and the staircase district. Maria is a wonderful and uncomplicated host.
