Vacation rentals with lake access in Lumberland

We very much enjoyed our stay! A perfect gateway to bring in the new year. The views in the morning of the lake were absolutely beautiful. So quiet and peaceful. Abby was also an awesome host and answered all of my questions right away!

Great house and place to stay at! We stayed in the winter but the views were still gorgeous. Definitely recommend

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone. There were also more than enough bathrooms, which made it super convenient for our group. The location couldn’t have been better—everything we needed was within easy reach. Plus, the host was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We went during the winter and it snowed which made it beautiful, but I'd love to visit during the summer months. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location - We drove up from FL for a white Christmas and Michael’s place did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for us and our pups, who absolutely loved the snow and fireplace naps. It was quiet, peaceful, and worth every penny. Tons of games and activities and absolutely everything you need to cook full meals ( we made a whole xmas dinner) Tons of stores within 20 mins (walmart, aldi, etc) and restaurants although we didnt get to try any of them this trip. The beds were amazing i haven’t had a full nights comfy rest like this in weeks. And having access to the washer and dryer was superrrr convenient!! We hope to come back again for a summer trip to enjoy the bikes, kayaks, and community amenities.

We ran into a big snowstorm and still had a tremendous time. Host was responsive and helpful to get us plowed out and driveway shoveled. We were given tips to help in case we lost power. We utilized the fireplace in the living room and it was a cozy beautiful stay on the lake in a winter wonderland!

This was the perfect gateway for my friends and I for New Years! It was a great location and the house fit us perfectly. The house is kept in great condition and in a great neighborhood.

this was our second stay at Bernard's listing.....there are A LOT of options in this area for AirBnB so that should be all you need to know ;). As expected, the home is beautifully decorated for the season, spotless and I think the linens and towels were amazing! Bernard and his team were very responsive and helpful and the little added touches made this special weekend for us even better....already planning another stay here!

Jenny was an amazing host and her husband Wesley was the cherry on top. Incredibly helpful and hospitable. They even invited me to have thanksgiving dinner with them! So cozy, it feels like a home that’s lived in, not a hotel or a commercial space. It’s a warm and loving HOME.

Nice, clean, private setting. Plenty of clean towels, dishes, cups and utensils. Clean bathroom with plenty of hot water. Very pleasant stay.

Alice is a great host, and her place was absolutely what we were looking for. Beautiful views of the lake, that presented us with an exquisite sunset. The place was cozy, clean, very peaceful, and it met all of our expectations. We look forward to returning during a different time of the year.

Lovely place. Perfect for 2. It did get a little cold during the night, but we did find an extra blanket. Hot water took a while to heat up…but probably due to the fact that it was very cold outside. Nice coffee shop out front.

Gretchen was very responsive and let me check in early- The place is better in person than in pictures! Very peaceful, quiet, with every amenity I needed. This will be my go to place from now on for visiting my daughter who lives in the area. Thanks so much, Gretchen!

Great place! and location in the building especially with kids as its near the pool . Easy to check in and out of and great host - very thorough with all instructions. Would def recommend and be back for the spring hopefully . Thank you Joe for a great place!

We could not say enough about this place! It was fully equipped with everything you could think of and more. Bee let us check in early and was extremely helpful answering any questions we had a long the way. We will most definitely be back on our next trip home. This air b n b sets the bar for all other air b n b’s from here on out. The price range felt as though it should’ve been more for this top notch experience. 12/10 would recommend! Thank you for being so attentive, understanding with our noisy, anxious dog (our apologies again!) and fast responsive communication! Until next time Greenwood Lake!

My stay at Jerry and Janet's was great!! They are super friendly and helpful! They went as far as sending someone over to shovel when it snowed. And put out the garbage cans on trash day!!! Wonderful stay and looking forward to returning!!

Jonathan & Suzanne’s place was likely the best spot we’ve stayed at in the Catskills/Sullivan County area.. it’s so cozy, charming and situated on a beautiful lake. Honestly, if looking for a cozy cottage, you might want to own the place yourself. Neat, charming, sophisticatedly decorated (without being too stuffy or formal), has a killer kitchen and super comfy bedrooms.. we’d love to come back over the summer and experience the lake in all its glory. I could go into detail alone about how awesome the fireplace alone is.. works perfectly and they offer quite a generous amount of complimentary firewood. We love the Livingston Manor area.. and it’s not far from other great spots like Narrowsburg, Calicoon, and other fun things to do. We spent a very cozy n charming New Year’s there and it was just ideal. Thanks so much for your thoughtful and lovely spot.. we would love to come back to the cottage at some point soon. We had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and thoughtful. I asked for butcher recommendations, and they suggested Country Grocery, which was perfect. Cooking dinner was the highlight of our trip—the kitchen and living room setup was great and offered spectacular views. We were welcomed with a note, coffee grinds and a sweet treat, which was such a lovely touch. The bedroom was cozy, the bathroom was spotless, and we loved the guestbook where we read about past guests' experiences and added our own. We met the host during checkout, and he was so kind and welcoming. Overall, this was a nice experience, and we’d definitely recommend it!
