Very nice rustic old home. Very nice backyard and a cute pool. There is parking for a car. Well equipped kitchen. All in all it was a nice home but the one thing I have to mention is there are were a lot of mosquitos and since there is no air conditioning the windows can’t be kept open as they don’t have a screens. Carina did leave bug repellent tools but it wasn’t enough for a person like me who gets bit a lot. The host was always responsive and helpful. And the location was very good.

We went 5 days with my friends in Mendoza and the truth that the accommodation was everything we needed, a beautiful patio, spacious rooms and very well located, close to wineries and with incredible views of the mountains! we would definitely return. The attention of Sandra and Gregorio was very good.

The departamemto was perfect for spending several days in Mendoza, with air conditioning (needed in summer) and fans. The cozy pool and very refreshing for the warmth it made. Parking is perfect for city cars and the building is very safe. 10/10

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place without noise, this is place. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, all new. The accommodation is as described, a very spacious apartment in an old building in the heart of the pedestrian promenade, with a nice balcony ideal for sitting down to chat in the evenings, with all the necessary amenities. Julián and Pili are always willing to respond to all requirements. Totally recommended. I forgot to check the parking lot of my car, because they do not have one, but they quickly helped me solve the problem by recommending a closed parking a few meters away that was very cheap for me.

Fantastic stay at Julio’s place! Agree with some other reviews that the bathroom is a squeeze but it is more than made up for by the fantastic location and well equipped apartment. Julio and his son were very responsive and the check in and stay very smooth, many thanks!

I had a fantastic stay at Gabriel’s place! The apartment was spotless, well-located, and within walking distance of great restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries. It’s also close to beautiful parks, perfect for exercise. The host was incredibly attentive and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. Highly recommend it!

Hermosísimo departamento súper bien ubicado, frente al parque, en un barrio muy lindo, seguro y tranquilo. El parque es precioso para correr y caminar. La calle Arístides está a pocas cuadras y hay muchos restaurantes y bares. Carolina, muy amable y atenta. Lo recomiendo 100%. Absolutely beautiful apartment in a fantastic location, right in front of the park, in a very lovely, safe, and quiet neighborhood. The park is perfect for running and walking. Arístides Street is just a few blocks away, with plenty of restaurants and bars. Carolina was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect, excellent location in the heart of downtown. Spacious, clean accommodation with everything you need to spend a few days in Mendoza.

The apartment is as described. It is located in the Microcenter. In a very safe area. Clean and organized. The view from the balcony is just spectacular at sunrise. Alejandro's welcome was very accurate and cordial. In short, it was a perfect stay. We really felt right at home. I would definitely choose Maggi and Alejandro as hosts again.
