It was our second time in this apartment, we are really at home with everything it offers for comfort, cleanliness, amenities of the condominium, beach, really in comfort, especially for families it is excellent. We hope to return for the third time and very comfortable with the hosts, always very attentive.

Super well the apartment, an excellent and beautiful view of the sea, the facilities are very well cared for, the only bad thing is that the bar that is in the pool are external to the condominium and they charged us twice, we went to tell them and they got very arrogant and they did nothing about it. It is a great option for vacationing with friends. Loved the pool, always clean and in a good temperature. In the pool area there is a refrigerator and bar with products at a good price for guests. It's a great host idea and adds value to the service. The property is cozy, spacious, with excellent distribution. I loved that every room had its own bathroom and AC. In the dining room there is only one fan that works for cooling an area but in the afternoons it is not enough. I would suggest to place another fan or enable air conditioning in that area. Another important aspect is that there is space to park 2 cars on the property and that the location is very central. The host was always very attentive to what we needed and was always very friendly.

Everything was great!!! Brenda was very attentive and always available. The only thing is that there is no hot water, but that was something I didn't read well from the beginning, 😅 but everything is as advertised

Rincon del Mar y Rincón de las Morenas was the perfect place to take the women's retreat that my team and I had planned. The stay at Fernando's house was great. And the person who received us was always very kind and attentive. We had the pool just for us and that was excellent, the beach is very close and being a beach with few people it is perfect to take photos and really relax.

From the beginning, communication with Ana was very attentive and friendly, willing to help in any situation. The instructions to get to and access the house were simple and to the point. The place is very quiet, and it has security that makes rounds at night. Upon arriving at the accommodation we felt right at home, because it is very pleasing to the eye and very clean, you can tell that they took care of every detail. My daughters were very happy with the kitten theme and all the details that make it more beautiful. We were able to have dinner and breakfast a couple of times there because it has everything you need. The pool is delightful and just a few steps from the accommodation. Very comfortable beds and pillows with air conditioning, clean bathrooms in good condition, with impeccable towels. The accommodation is and looks much better than in the photos, it is 10 minutes away from a Chedraui and a plaza that is recovering from the hurricane. The beaches are very close, beautiful, clean and quiet. Beautiful place to rest!

The house matches the photos and the description, it is very spacious, it is perfect that it has a pool and access to the beach. I would only put a couple of TV screens for leisure. But the location of the house is very good, my family and I were very comfortable and Mrs. Lupita is very attentive.

There were some problems with the cable TV and the gas (we even had to bathe one night with cold water) but I consider that they were situations out of the reach of the host , she was attentive trying to solve it .

The apartment is as described in the pictures and the post. Sofia is a great host, always attentive and willing to help. The apartment is in the traditional area of Acapulco and that has pros and cons according to what everyone is looking for. In our case the location was perfect. The building is under maintenance after the hurricane but everything works. The staff is friendly. The exit to the beach is accessible and at sea you can swim with children. Consider that there are northern bands on the beach and that generates noise but well, nothing serious since the depa is in 9o. Floor. Would return.

the location was great! central to bars and convenience stores. Unfortunately the tower did suffer some damages from Hurricane John 2024. The apartment itself was undamaged. The ac units worked great in the bedrooms. There is no AC unit in the livingroom. I did not think this would matter but it really does, the heat made it uncomfortable to hang out in the livingroom and there is only one small old semifuntioning fan in the livingroom. Our host himself was truly attentive and amazing !
