Great place to stay especially when you’re running errands in the city of Lucena. Just a few minutes away from Quezon Convention Center.

Wonderful place to stay with the family. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The kitchen was spacious and easy to use. The pool was great! Perfect for families with young children. Daria was an amazing host! We arrived in the evening and she came to get us. Thank you for having us! We will be back!

My family had a great time at Ani Villa. The accommodation is well-maintained and exactly as described. The rooms are squeaky clean, spacious, and smell great. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, and we were able to use the grill as well. The children enjoyed the swimming pool. Towels and toiletries were provided. Since the location is a bit remote, it was very helpful to have a food menu or delivery recommendations. A few suggestions for improvement: * Replace the non-stick pots and pans * Provide cleaning cloths and all-purpose cleaners * Supply trash bags and table napkins We will definitely come back when we visit Quezon again!

It was my second time staying in their place and definitely not the last. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. They would always make sure that the place is clean and all our needs are provided.

Hotel quality transient home! Perfect stopover for travellers going to/from Bicol Region. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We arrived late because we were driving for hours so we checked in late but they met us as soon as we arrived. The apartment is located a few meters from the highway which is very convenient. Parking is available inside a gated private property which is a short walk from the apartment. It is as described in the pictures. While it is small, it offers amenities which elevate it from regular transient inns--living area, kitchen equipped with basic utensils and appliances, clean bathroom with good water pressure, and bedroom with fresh linens. Very sulit! Overall, the apartment was very homy and comfortable. We were able to rest for the night and return to our travel. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was immaculately clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Clarisse and Rhain (caretaker) was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering any questions I had promptly and ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. The property is also very spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the best parts was that the listing is exactly as described and shown in the photos — no surprises, just as beautiful and well-maintained in person. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and stylish stay. I’d definitely book again!

Beautiful transient home which provides a "hotel feel" accommodation. The entire house is clean and spacious which made our stay very comfortable . Everything you need is provided from bedrooms, rest rooms, common social area and the kitchen. My husband and I and our 4 children had a great Christmas stay in this warm and loving space. The host is beyond the caliber of being a superhost. She is warmth and caring. She lovingly attended to all our needs and concerns with prompt. The location is also superb with easy and close access to SM, S&R, church and numerous dining options.

The house was exceptionally clean. Super welcoming ang vibes and makes you feel at home. I strongly recommend staying here while visiting Lucena, Quezon Province. The area was exceptionally quiet. The host is incredibly accommodating and helpful. It's necessary that the host can be contacted easily if you have concerns to ask. I look forward to returning in the future.
