Vacation rentals with beach access in Lucena

A Gorete was exceptional from start to finish, I had to reschedule the date of my stay and she was readily understanding and made the change! And when the big day came, she welcomed us with great affection, for the first time I saw a host welcome the guests, Mrs. Gorete went to welcome us, presented us the whole building, showed us where the utensils were in the apartment and always requested a lot! Not to mention that she always answered me very quickly in the chat to answer my questions both before and during hosting! The place is beautiful, the view of the pool is wonderful and is a few meters from the most beautiful beach I met in João Pessoa!

The apartment is very large and tidy. In addition, the condo and surrounding area is very good for children and teenagers as well.

The location is the same as the pictures. It has a great location in Manaíra. The apartment was clean when I arrived and had several utensils in the kitchen should you wish to use them. The view from the balcony is very cool.

Prior to our arrival there were exchanges of information with Mr. Sérgio, who always responded with agility and promptness. He received us before the time appointed for the entrance welcoming us with a beautiful and delicious cake present to commemorate my wife's birthday. Extremely kind and stylish. On arrival he presented all the rules and gave various suggestions for tours, restaurants and markets in the region. For the whole time we were in the apartment he was always very attentive. The people working in the condominium have also always been very attentive and helpful. I recommend, with peace of mind, the rental and permanence in said property.

Wonderful apartment! It has everything we need , it is even more cozy than in the pictures . Several nearby trades, which makes it very easy. The only thing I missed was a TV in the bedroom to watch after a tiring day of sightseeing , rs ! However, it is nothing to get in the way . Ulisses always very attentive, answers all the messages almost immediately . Hope to come back soon 🥰

I chose the house considering the description "...The place is ideal for those who want to put their feet on the ground, listen to the birds sing and leave the children and the pets in total freedom". And indeed the space of Liliane and her husband Robert is just like that! In addition to being super functional, clean and justifying all other descriptions of the space provided on the platform. I only have to thank the couple for the welcome, attention and opportunity to spend pleasant and happy days next to my family. And I definitely recommend it!

Great base on the south coast of Paraíba. Casa pé na sand in a quiet condo with a swimming pool steps from the beach. Easy communication with the host. The surrounding beaches are beautiful. We had a great experience and highly recommend!

The house has a great location and is close to the best beach clubs and restaurants in the city. The space is well taken care of and accommodates everyone in comfort. There are several environments in the open areas that provide comfort and versatility. All the equipment worked great. Great cost-benefit. We were in a family group at the end of November and the house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lucimaria is very friendly and kind and gave us a check-out a little later helping a lot in our convenience. We'll be back soon

The house is excellent, has a differentiated infrastructure: It is equipped with first class utensils (the premium suite bed games are a show in themselves). The host takes care of every detail, is always available and very helpful. The beaches in the area are paradisiacal, so much so that our initial idea was to take tours but when we saw the beaches near the house, we gave up the schedule and stayed there. There is no commerce very close by, so it is essential to ensure the basic food and medicine needed for emergencies. We hired Amanda (host referral) to help us with cleaning and cooking, she's great. It was an experience that really paid off, that's the opinion of the 12 people who stayed at the house. I recommend and have plans to be back again. Great apartment on Carapibus beach, with great location. Clean and well-organized apartment, cozy, everything conforms according to the description. The view from the pool area to the beach of Carapibus is very Bela 🥰 It was beautiful to see the day dawning these two days I was there - an incredible sight!! At night we were still graced with the presence of the Moon glowing over the sea. Dona Aurora always attentive and requests with our accommodation, I was very grateful as she corresponded to us, certainly at another opportune time I will return. 😊🥰⛱️

The home offered by Helenita is perfect. All as described in the description. The space is very large and well-suited. Towels are wonderful, as are the bed. All of the local staff are very kind and collaborative ( in demonstrating the parking space, in helping with the issue of the license plate that did not register...). The location was great for us: it lies between total peace and total tourism chaos. On a short walk is one of the best typical food restaurants - the Mangai - and a wonderful vegan - Casa de Nara. In a 20-minute walk, you are already at the Handicraft Fair and a bit more there is already all the excitement of Cabo Branco. Helenita is a great host, always contacting you for information and to check if everything is going well. If I were to return to João Pessoa, I would certainly stay in one of her accommodations. (Even the receptionist, when he learned that it was from Helenita the flat, said, oh, everyone is very good!)

I loved being in Adriano's apartment! I will definitely return. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, of great location, well equipped, clean and with a very charming decoration. It's perfect for family vacations or solo travel. The beach is close by and access to other beaches is easy, both on foot and uber. The neighborhood is quiet and offers a variety of supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars and banks. Adriano is super attentive and provides the necessary support. I want to come back more often!
