Margit communicated very well with us before arrival. All questions were answered neatly. The welcome was warm and we felt comfortable with her. I can recommend the place.

We were guests at Dorit's 12/23/2024 to 12/27/2024 . Although she broke her arm 2 days before, Dorit greeted us super friendly . The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Dorit even decorated the apartment for Christmas. For at least 10 years , we had had White Christmas again. We would like to sincerely thank Dorit for the wonderful vacation. We had found the apartment right away and also the check-in with the key was easy and practical. The apartment was very nice and recommended. We felt immediately comfortable and also the connection to a larger city was very good. The hostess was always easy to reach and is friendly, if we plan another trip to the east, we will try to stay with Marlies again.

Such a lovely place and amazing hosts! I felt taken care of and had everything I needed. Martin and his wife are very helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay with our three young children and a nice week of snow and skiing. The accommodation was just right for us in terms of size and location to the slopes (all within walking distance). Communication with the host was very straightforward and the manager on site has been very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We had a great weekend at Marc's place. The old factory villa has a lot of charm and is very nicely furnished, with a modern kitchen that is very well equipped and a very new bathroom. The accommodation is very suitable as a starting point for hiking tours. Marc was also very nice and showed us everything at the place. Communication with him was impeccable.

Vjačeslav's apartment was perfect in every sense for our family and his hospitality is unmatched. He was kind, empathetic and quick to respond when we needed help. The apartment itself is located inside a beautiful Art Nouveau building on a hillside overlooking the spa district of Karlovy Vary. You can hear the music from the Mill Collonade through the bedroom window and the view is fantastic. The apartment is bigger than it looked in the pictures and was very comfortable for two adults and 3 children. There were two couches that could fold into beds so there would be even more room if you had a larger group. The fridge is big, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking. Everything is extremely easy to walk (the springs are a 7 minute walk downhill or the bus to the shopping district is a short 4 minute walk uphill. A 5 minute walk uphill will take you to a nice forest to hike in and get great views of the city below from two lookouts. We went many times to watch the sunset over the city. Overall I can wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Vjačeslav's apartment. He is a wonderful host with a beautiful home.

A beautifully furnished apartment with everything you need. We felt very comfortable immediately. For the Christmas season, the apartment was lovingly decorated. Contact on site was excellent. The apartment is easily accessible and quiet location. It was all great, thank you very much we will be happy to come back. Jana/Jens/Flocke
