What you see is what you get. The place was clean. Such a nice place to stay, but don't expect too much for the public facilities as the building management is still undergoing renovation. Other than that, everything worked out perfectly. Great place and recommended.

Host was chill and provided all the necessary information. Apartment was clean and easy to access. Location was good and overall had a good stay. Would recommend and come again.

To be short and sweet, I had a pleasant stay and the host is very responsive. The best thing about this place is the killer view of the ocean! I would return to stay here again in the future just for the view.

It was definitely a great stay at Manna's place! The amenities provided were exactly as described, and I really appreciated the high-quality materials used throughout the property, you can tell they take pride in ensuring a comfortable experience for their guests. Calvin was an excellent host, providing a very detailed guest handbook packed with all the information you could need. It included clear instructions for check-in, house rules, and even recommendations for things to do in Batam. The communication was prompt, and they were always quick to respond to any questions I had. The only small downside is that the Wi-Fi connection occasionally lagged, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker and didn’t happen often. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and I would absolutely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

central and great location, possibility to check in the next day if you arrive late, not high price to be in Singapore. Recommended.

Responsive owner. The building looks new and the unit was clean. Near to nagoya hill mall and grand batam mall is just a short taxi/grab car ride away. There is netflix in the apartment too.

Host is responsive and making sure all working good for me. The securities are in communication with host and make place safe n easy to communkcate with managemwnt. The eateries recommended by host were good. Garden cafe is a must go...walking distance. The other restaurants are within walking distance. gym and pool are clean. gd place to rest and relax.
