Waterfront vacation rentals in Valdés

Great place to spend your holidays in Gijón. We were greeted at the door of the building by Angeles, who went up with us and showed us the apartment. The lady is super friendly and cordial. The apartment was spotless, not a speck of dust in the entire house. Two large rooms with comfortable beds and spacious closets. Two super-clean bathrooms, a living/dining room with a large TV and a kitchen with everything you need. The best part, a terrace with direct access from all the rooms, ideal for both a cool breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is located two minutes from Poniente Beach, 10 minutes from the port and 15 minutes from San Lorenzo Beach. There are shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and cafes, the Aquarium and even a spa, all within walking distance. It's our first experience in an Airb&b apartment and it couldn't have been more satisfying. Thank you very much Jessica and Angeles (the beach towels were a nice touch)

Highly recommended. The apartment is comfortable, clean and nice. The location is perfect, very close to downtown. Alba is very friendly and is very attentive to everything we might need, recommendations, questions, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Paula and I had a great time at Armando's place. Communication was always very easy. There is nothing lacking in the apartment. The view of the waves (and there were a lot at this time) is beautiful. The place is in a great location. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Excellent place to spend a few days in Gijón, very close to the beach, well located. Loly is an excellent host, we maintained good communication, gave us recommendations to leave and allowed us to enter before the scheduled time, even gave us a present for having stayed there :) Undoubtedly a good place to spend a few days in the city, communication with a person is appreciated so it offers a good place to stop an end or on vacation.

The apartment was spotless, there is everything, sheets and towels, super well decorated, everything new, it's next to downtown, we left the car in the parking lot and did everything on foot. Everything was perfect

A 10 for the accommodation and the hosts. Upon arrival they were waiting for us to explain how the house works, they gave us recommendations for eating and visiting the area. We'll definitely be back ☺️

The house was in perfect condition, near the sea, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the area was very nice We would be back again.

The house is wonderful and is on an even more charming beach. Its private beach has incredible rock formations, full of oysters and other bivalves. The house is charming, very well decorated and Victor is very generous with his tips, which we enjoyed very much. Always available for all our questions. We will undoubtedly return to this heavenly place.

Very nice and cozy house, with attention to detail. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were cleaning products in case they were needed. The stove heated up right away. The house was very clean and Mercedes was helpful to us. It also has WiFi (important).

It was a great experience, Sole was super friendly and helpful at all times. She gave us a lot of recommendations on places to visit and eat. The house was spotless, with a lot more kitchenware and toiletries than we would have thought when we entered. The house is super quiet and is described exactly as in the photos. The backyard is a plus. We made the most of the days when the weather was bad! Totally recommended, we will definitely be back.

Everything was a 10!! Great and very attentive hosts. They even waited for me with the food because they took into account that at the time I arrived it wasn't going to be easy to find a place to eat, and everything was delicious. The house is as described and shown in the photos, that is, impeccable. Highly recommended and I would repeat if I needed to return to the area. A plus, private parking.

Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We have fallen in love with the place, and we encourage you to book your stay with Alicia because you will be 100% delighted. Our stay in luanco has been great. The apartment is comfortable, it has everything you need. The location is perfect, it is very close to the beach, which by the way is great and is equipped with all services, close to bars and restaurants and just below there is a park for the little ones, quite large. Patricia, her treatment, lovely, very attentive to help us in everything. As an observation, just check the temperature regulation of the faucets and I would consider replacing the mattress. In general the apartment is very good and is definitely totally recommended, along with Luanco

We have spent some great days in Asturias. Laura's house is perfect for getaways or to have a good vacation in Luanco. We'll be back!

Second time staying here and it was absolutely fantastic, we love staying here!! It is located in the beautifully historic part of town, with great surroundng architecture and coastal walks, fantastic food and coffee, warming little gallery and the ruins some Roman baths. The Airbnb has the perfect setup to rest and relax from a day of enjoying the town

We had a really nice stay at Nieves place, it had everything we needed and the area is lovely and quiet with easy parking out front, the locals and neighbours are super friendly, one helped us find the door after I had signal issues on my phone, complimented wine and snacks was a nice touch, would totally recommend, thanks
