Vacation rentals with beach access in Lowestoft

We stayed here for 6 weeks whilst waiting to complete the purchase of our new home. It suited our purposes perfectly and we loved staying here within walking distance of the beach and right on top of all the local amenities in Kirkley.

Was very helpful with helping finding the local attractions and was open to help if we needed anything extra.

Really enjoyed our 2 night stay in this ground floor apartment. Well laid out, beautifully furnished & spotlessly clean. Look forward to staying again when we come to visit our family in Southwold.

Having stayed in many different properties in Southwold over the years, Vicky’s property stands out as one of the best. Loved being located above the high street and the quality of the accommodation was perfect. Hope to return another time.

Spotless accommodation, comfortable and well appointed. Easy to access the town and beach and free parking right outside. Good communication and would definitely stay again, recommended

We had a wonderful stay at the Penthouse! There was enough to do for two weeks and plenty of space for five adults and a little one. We loved being able to cook fresh fish in the well stocked kitchen and the many different walks from the door - we barely used the car! The ~35 minute walk in to Southwold was lovely and other day trips such as Aldburgh and Dunwich were less than 30 mins drive. Walberswick was really nice with good pubs, gift shops and beach. There is a local coop and deli for fresh bread and all the essentials we needed. All in all this was a fantastic flat in a phenomenal location, the perfect dose of fresh air and nature for a two week "pottering" holiday and our first time away with the baby. Rosemary was kind and responsive, thank you for sharing such a special home with us!

The apartment was exactly as described and in a great location. Close to the beach and bars / restaurants. My partner and I had a lovely few nights there and would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful house in great location. Dunwich and surrounding area is one of our favourite places and this is a perfect house. Very close to the great Ship pub and the sea. House beautifully laid out and decorated. Great to have the two sitting rooms. Lots of room for eight of us. Kitchen really well equipped and lovely to eat in. Views from top front bedrooms over the marches to the sea really wonderful - saw deer and kestrel every day. Great garden for summertime- a bit cold in January! Certainly one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in

We picked Mike's place because I wanted to see the grey seals along the Norfolk coast at this time of year and we were not disappointed! The cottage was in easy walking distance of the beach and also centrally situated along the Norfolk coast to do exploring! The cottage itself was great, two large bedrooms with a great central space for socialising. Very private and quiet and if you are into star gazing very little light pollution. The Fisherman's Return was a great local pub and Planet Spice in the next village along did the most amazing Indian takeaway. All in all a great place to escape to the Norfolk coast, thoroughly recommend and we will be back 😀

Great stay for a family’s 50th birthday. Good location, walkable to Southwold and surrounding areas. Philippa was very helpful and communicative making the whole weekend relaxing and enjoyable. Love the wood fire in the lounge! Thank you!

Spent a wonderful weekend at Seashore celebrating a big birthday with family and friends. Very comfortable and homely with everything we required, good location close to the pier and great communication with our host. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a restful time while staying at East Cliff House over the Christmas period. The house is perfectly situated for the sea views and being able to walk into the lovely town. We enjoyed lots of long walks stopping off at the pub along the way. We enjoyed a lovely coffee and festive pastry at The two Magies, lunch at Suzie’s Beach Cafe and fish and chips.

Lovely cottage in the perfect location. Shops, beach, harbour, restaurants, and pubs all within easy walking distance. There's even a park for the kids at the end of the road. Our host Sally left clear instructions on how to gain access to the house, as well as how to operate the heating (we were there over the Christmas period). Sally was also very friendly and responsive if we had any questions. Would highly recommend.

A really lovely stay at Rachel’s place. Perfect location as just a short 10min walk into Southwold. Secure front and back garden for the dog and there was everything you needed for a most enjoyable stay. Comfy beds too so had a great nights sleep. Rachel was also very flexible with timings and communication prior to our stay was excellent. Would highly recommend and will definitely go back at some point. Thank you so so much x

Noor was very helpful. Place was clean and tidy. Comfy beds and clean carpet. He received us himself and helped us in parking. Right opposite to the river. There is an old ship opposite to the road with free entry. Just a mile away from the beach. Overall very happy

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

We booked sea mist for the weekend . We reversed onto the allotted parking space easily and went through the black featheredged gate onto the pathed garden, i don't miss much and am a great believer of if the outside is tidy which it certainly was,then 90% of the time the inside will be to, i wasn't wrong. You enter into the lobby which had ample coat hooks and a thoughtful tray to place sandy/muddy shoes. The bathroom ,shower and toilet immediately to your left in immaculate condition. Round to the right of the lobb is the kitchen dinner leading on to the comfy sofa and wall mounted T.V. The crockery, cutlery and utensils all clean and very well equipped, back out of the kitchen and to your right is the large bedroom containing a very comfortable double bed which the host had made up with winter duvet ect, very toasty and appreciated. There is ample storage for items and clothing ,the accommodation is well lit and and has an abundance of electricity sockets, trust me this is 100%

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful place. It was warm/cosy and finished to a very high standard. The host was very friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommend.

Used as a base for working in the area. Exactly what we needed - clean, spacious and comfortable. This was our second stay and we'll be back again next time we're in the area.

Absolute gem of a spot if you want to be close to all the fun at Great Yarmouth, at a great and affordable price too! Lack of parking was easily managed (finding a local car park). Spacious place, even with 4 of us! Clean and tidy! Hosts are lovely and very helpful! Even booked an extra night! Will be back! Thank you! :)

We always come to stay with friends near southwold every new year, this time in the town itself. Lovely flat, extremely comfortable, well equipped and wonderful views. Liz was friendly and very helpful host. Nice to find the essentials and treats in the fridge on our arrival.
