Three Mermaids Cove exceeded expectations! Waking up to a beautiful view of the ocean, walking out our front door to the most beautiful coastline. Every day was exceptional. We saw a sunrise and sunset in the same day. Everything was clean and well appointed the layout was open airy and bright, we are a family of five and our kids are in their 20s and all had their own bed. Love the kitchen. We ate breakfast here most every morning and played cards into the night. We felt like we were in our own private paradise away from the crowds on Mermaid Street lots of walkable things around us and really an easy drive to anywhere. Thank you, Rhonda you made this stay easy and delightful and the perfect way to end 2024.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Perched above the rooftops, with windows all around, we felt like we were in a tree house. The studio was decorated with a blend of modern and traditional, making it very cozy. Were we in town for New Years Eve, but wanted to avoid the night-time partying hoopla. This place was perfect for that. All the wants and needs of town and scenery were accessible car, but we were far enough away for it to feel peaceful (except for those firecrackers at midnight, but that's to be expected on NYE).

The place was comfortable and cozy. The decor was retro-vintage 80's-90's. Dan was quickly responsive to an outside lighting situation.

Grew up in Santa Cruz and coming back to visit, this place really felt like home. Thank you for sharing your space with us for the weekend. Look forward to coming back

We had a five star stay at this wonderful home. The host was beyond accomodating, helpful and responsive. We felt right at home and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend especially for families and kids!

We loved our stay here! The house was cozy and comfortable. Meli was very thoughtful and left us champagne and sparkling apple cider as well as many snacks to enjoy while we were there. The beds were all very comfortable. We loved hanging out in the living room and enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The location was more industrial than I realized, but it was an easy drive to get to restaurants and the beach. There is a nice view of the ocean from the patio and out the windows.

Dennis's place was the perfect landing spot for our family's short trip to Monterey. We were able to bring our Golden Retriever and have some friends stay with us as well. The price was right and the location was nice and private.

Clean, comfy, and conveniently located for our road trip to Santa Cruz and the coast. We walked to shops, the marina, and the beach during our stay. The large dining table was great for playing Yahtzee while Alexa served up our favorite tunes on demand. Al, the maintenance guy who lives next door, introduced himself the first day of our stay, gave us his card, and offered to support whatever we needed—but we didn’t need much. A previous guest left a broken corkscrew, and I could've called Al. Instead, I walked to Day’s Market Liquors & Deli and bought a $5 replacement, along with freshly made chicken tamales that were absolutely delicious.

Shannon’s house worked well for my family of three. The location of the house - just few houses off of WestCliff Drive and the view of the water from the house, especially the master bedroom was great. I liked that we were able to take a beautiful walk up and down West Cliff over looking the water so close to the house. The beds were comfortable. The space was comfortable. I would return.

We enjoyed our two-night stay. The house was clean and comfortable. Had plenty of amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms, and some games available. The only issue was loud fireworks from a house down the street on New Year's eve - not the fault of the homeowner obviously. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Clean, well-appointed, spacious home less than a block from the beautiful Twin Lakes Beach. You can see the beach from chairs on the front lawn. We were lucky enough to be there during the lighted boat parade (first Saturday in December), so we watched the lighted boats in the water from the front yard. Everything was easily accessible. The home includes many amenities (washer/dryer, cooking supplies, games, pack n play). The room with the bunk beds has a separate bathroom, making it really nice for families with older kids. Great stay and I hope we can return.

Fantastic airbnb and a great location. easy walk to 41st Ave for coffee, food and shopping. We also walked to Capitola, east cliff drive and the beach. Cute backyard, fully fenced, great for our little dogs. We also enjoyed the sauna, comfy living room with a nice TV, board games, and a record player with lots of albums to choose from.

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

We stay at Seascape a couple of times a year, we love the location: beautiful beach walks, pools and hot tubs, walk to the market, and then just a quick drive to Capitola, downtown Santa Cruz, or even the boardwalk. This particular rental was lovely and very homey. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the kitchen is well appointed, there are two nice balconies- one with a great table that is perfect for cocktails or coffee. There are two pullout couches, which made the living room so fun to watch movies with the teenagers. More than anything, we appreciated the very accommodating host, who was kind enough to let us check in early so that we could leave our bags while we went shopping downtown. It was really a lovely stay. I recommend both Seascape, and this particular rental, very highly.

This was the cleanest AirBnB we've ever stayed in! Pristine! Tidy! Stunning ocean views from both the living room & primary bedroom. The entire villa has been remodeled yet still has the Old World Charm and coziness. This Villa is located on the 2nd floor of North Bluff - is very private - has a pool jacuzzi just steps away. The resort offers many amenities, restaurant, bar, room service (or pick up) massage, sauna - endless. Aptos Village is right across the street - walking distance offering many shops, market and a great place for pizza and Italian food. We will definitely stay with Sue again - as soon as we can! Next time, we'll try her other property #33. Sue is a GREAT hostess in every area and has earned Super Host many times over!

My wife and I stayed at Jason and Leigh Ann's place for three nights in October 2024. The unit is part of a nine building condo complex (Pajaro Dunes Resort) which is separated from the wonderful Seacliff beach by low dunes, and the passageway to the beach is right next door. The kitchen was well-equipped (no yard sale rejects) and organized. The amount of space was perfect for a couple and everything was spotless and tastefully decorated. Renters who plan to do cooking may want to bring all the spices, oils and other accessory components they need since only spray oil, salt and pepper was provided. When we visited, the ocean view from this ground floor unit was largely obscured by dune grass, which was higher that that shown in the photos. I noted that the rental price for comparable units on the second or third floors was much higher and, for the price difference, we'll look at dune grass. Maybe when we book again it will be lower.

What a lovely place with stunning views. Appointed to the highest level with a wellstocked kitchen. Lots of food options to eat within only a few minutes walk from the penthouse. Two ways to access the place via back gate with security code or through front door and elevator If you prefer a very dark bedroom/s you won’t get that here so luckily I had my eyepatch to knock me out. You might pay a pretty penny for this place, but you will definitely notice it better than just about anything you could ever hope to find

If you are considering this place, look no further and book it now!! It is gorgeous, super functional, cozy, and so convenient to the beach. We had a magical weekend celebrating my mom’s birthday, enjoying cozy times by the fire, multiple walks on the beach, and feeling a million miles away. Thank you, My, for sharing your home with us!!

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

Beautiful little place, with picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean and natural landscaping. Clean, comfortable and easy access. Lots of security that patrolled day and night, which is nice. Fine dining restaurant is within walking distance.
