House vacation rentals in Loučovice

We spent the weekend as a group of 10 people. The accommodation by Veronika is perfect for this. You have a lot of space, a hot tub, a lake, and a fireplace in the living room. Additionally, it's only 10 minutes away from České Budějovice, which also offers a lot of opportunities. The only negative aspect about the apartment was the radiator which was too loud during the night. After talking to Veronika about it, she quickly came over and turned it off. Thanks for that! :)

Been to this cozy little cottage for the third time. Unfortunately, the hot tub didn't work, after booking Martin let us know and gave us a discount. We were very pleased. Unfortunately, there was no wood to heat from the fireplace. Next time we'll bring some. The sauna is bombastic, super hot and really pleasant. We definitely didn't book for the last time. In summer we definitely want to try the outdoor pool. All utensils are available for cooking, fridge was cold, freezer worked well. The bedding smelled fresh and the mattresses are comfortable. Overall, the cottage was very clean, high praise to the cleaner. Thank you, I'd love to come back!

We felt very comfortable. The stairs are very steep and a little more challenging for the toilet corridor with the children at night, but otherwise there are many playgrounds and toys for the little ones.

A super chalet with mega views, a mega beautiful view of the mountains with a really pure and great air. For people who want to enjoy the full peace and quiet, the best option. Fully equipped of the kitchen everything you need to feel mega comfortable. The communication was really great with help or problems were helped immediately. Beautiful, cozily furnished farmhouse. Quiet location with great views. Amenities as stated, there was nothing lacking. Gerlinde was very friendly and accommodating. We also got firewood for the cold days. Gladly again, possibly in summer with the pool.

This place was like a fairytale. A very calm and beautiful scenery. The view from the house was astonishing! The house sits on a higher point of a hill, so you can see far away. The house is equipped fully, we had everything we needed! Tesco is delivering here, if someone needs a big shopping to be done :)

Home is wonderful. Location is near city center, really romantic place next to the river. Home is modern but very cozy with everything you need to celebrate Christmas and enjoy your holidays, even fireplace. We can recommend it and we will for sure come back!

When you book with Helmut, you not only book a place to live, but if you are lucky and coincide with your dates, you can theoretically get an equally interesting conversation partner and stories.... trust me you won't regret it.... If you have a chance to get Helmut on some story night...then make sure to use it. The residence corresponds to the description... and if you want to relax in a quiet corner after the hustle and bustle of the big city, then this would be your best choice.

It was such a happy accommodation. It was such a shame that I only had to stay for one day. If I get another chance, I want to stay at the accommodation all day and rest. I accidentally contacted the host early in the morning and made it uncomfortable, but I was so grateful that they responded kindly and quickly. ^ ^ It was a little disappointing that the towels and blankets smelled very slightly.

The place is absolutely beautiful, newly renovated. Cleanliness and tidiness was 5* . Communication with the owner as well. Highly recommend.

We were 6t - 4 friends and 2 children - and felt very comfortable right after arrival - the surroundings are mega beautiful, the hosts very relaxed and friendly - very pleasant atmosphere - happy to come back! Thanks to Sara!

The house was nice and cozy, with a kitchen well equiped. The views from the terrace are amazing. The owner and his family were kind and helped us with our questions. They also have a nice coffe palce next door. Would recomend and repeat. Thank you, David!

The house exceeded our expectations both in the amenities, there was really everything, as well as in the loving and tasteful decoration. There were fresh roses in every room. An enchanted garden with plenty of sitting places has completed the whole thing. We were particularly happy to feed the many different birds and squirrels and to watch them at the various feed stations. We have never had such a clean and perfectly equipped house in which we felt so comfortable. Full score with stars.

We spent 10 days of summer vacation here House is very exceptional! The roof terrace was the highlight for us! The location of the house just down the road first irritated us a bit, but we were mostly on the road during the day and still felt comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. In the village there is a bakery, café and Edeka, which is very convenient. You are also quickly in Passau and there are many nearby excursion destinations. We had a great holiday overall. Jochen was a very nice host.

Our stay at the cottage was fantastic! The secluded location in the middle of nature offered us the perfect peace and quiet. The attention to detail in the decor was noticeable and we found everything we could ask for. A great place to stay for a large group! We have stayed at many Airbnbs over the years but this has been one of the most special. An attractive, clean and tidy family home, with wonderful grassy garden space comprising a large veranda, outdoor seating, large trampoline, and an exceptional swimming pool. All set in a peaceful rural environment, with woods and endless walking, running or cycling on the doorstep. The house is perfect for families or those seeking tranquility, with or without a mix of physical activity. Other highlights include Moorea the friendly cat, the garden fire pit, fruit and vegetables from the garden, the incredible night sky, and the spooky, autonomous lawn robot that comes out at night ;) Bad Leonfelden centre or nearby supermarkets are a convenient 10 min walk. We were welcomed by Thomas's attentive and friendly dad who also took care of the pool. Thomas himself responded instantly to any enquiries we had. It has been a memorable stay in your beautiful family home, Thomas. Thank you!

Great close to the ski slope quiet like an apartment…just the beds or the mattress floats enough…when one surrounded the species was an appearance😅 and a missing sharp leg
