Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Lossiemouth

This is our second stay at Susan’s wonderful home (we bookended our 40 anniversary) and it won’t be the last. The house is private and ideally situated to explore Avimore, the Cairngorms and surrounding areas. It is also relatively close to Avimore centre so it’s easy to walk in to the local amenities. Susan’s home is clean and tidy with a well equipped kitchen and utility room. The sauna and hot tub are welcome bonuses. Susan is a great host and responds to messages very promptly. Thanks for everything Susan. We are looking forward to going back to Glencairn soon.

We had a nice stay with a group of 7 people at Jane's place and we didn't miss anything. The space was perfect for group size and Jane was always easily accessible. 👍

From the moment we arrived we knew we’d booked the right house for our family get together, it was perfect with a lovely enclosed garden making it safe for dogs and our granddaughter. It was in our very favourite part of Aviemore and we loved everything about our stay. Sarah was super helpful and always responded to any questions I had. We’d totally recommend The Squirrels and would love to stay again.

We had a brilliant stay. The place was extremely comfortable, warm, spotless and a great size. We were made to feel very welcome, communication was clear, timely and friendly. We were returning to stay at Natasha's place following a great stay back in November, 2025. It was another good value, comfy & cosy stay. We have family a short drive away so know the area pretty well & it's good to return to your own comfortable space after long days visiting relatives. We plan to stay again later in the year. The house is lovely. Really charming and very clean with great facilities. Kate always replied quickly to any correspondence and was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Wee House is a great place to stay, well equipped, very cosy especially with the log burner (logs and kindling all supplied), and a comfy king-size bed. A number of books, maps, walk suggestions were all in the house. Heather has included so many little extras and excellent instructions for everything, and the 'goodies' in the kitchen and fridge were very much welcomed. We arrived late at night and in not great weather, and Heather had gone before us to unlock the property so we wouldn't have to fumble in the dark and sleet for the key box. Very much appreciated. Even though this was January, there was a lot to do in the area although not enough snow for skiing... but not Heather's fault!!! Some great walks, even in the snow, lovely eating places.. Cairngorm Hotel did a very tasty Burns meal. All in all a great stay that we wished could have been longer.

Carol's place was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and nice. The location was great and our kids loved having the pool and playground right out front. We would definitely stay again if we go back to the area.

Nice roomy static caravan, with a grand view of the 14th hole of the golf course and a very short walk to Nairn's east beach. Facilities were great - comfy bed, good shower, full-sized cooker plus microwave, big fridge-freezer, washing machine and even a dishwasher (I didn't use that, just assume it works). The sitting-room furniture has seen better days, but was supremely comfortable. Nice big deck. One tiny niggle is that the wifi isn't free, but I just used my phone data instead. Communication was excellent. Overall, highly recommended.

Lovely place to stay, fab beach onsite. Lots for kids to do onsite. Beautiful beaches all around the area. So much to see and do in this area. Would def use again.

Very friendly, accommodating and responsive hostess. The apartment was super equipped, very clean and we felt very comfortable right away. The caravan is really super central in the Holiday Park. A few minutes walk and you are on the beach, at the bar, in the gym, by the pool, in the laundry room, at the lighthouse or at the playground. We really enjoyed this quiet area on the terrace every day or had fun evenings at the bar with karaoke. Highly recommend this great place! Thank you for the great time.😊

Just back from having such a superb and memorable weekend at Amy's lodge within the famous Silver Sands Holiday Park. The lodge was perfect for our group of four adults, very clean, very tidy and above all else, peaceful. With a beautiful beach literally 2mins walk from the lodge and lots of amenities & entertainment at hand within the holiday park there's plenty to do within a couple of minutes walk of the lodge. Further a field the town of Lossiemouth is only 1.5miles away but it makes for a great stroll along the beach and I can highly recommend rewarding yourself with some of the the local ice cream at Miele's while sat at the harbour watching the surfers do their thing. All in all we all had a great weekend and would like to thank Amy for being a great and thoughtful host.

Sarah is a great host, she left a lovely hamper for us and our dog. The caravan is very clean and comfortable, made us feel like we were at home. Seeing the jets fly over the caravan everyday was a added bonus and it was only a short walk to the beach. we will definitely be back for another stay in the near future ☺️

My partner and I enjoyed a wonderful stay here. The location is stunning and so peaceful at the site with a fantastic view from the lodge! The hot tub is absolutely amazing - we didn’t want to leave! We had great weather and managed to do a lot in the surrounding area, and Alessandro was very kind to make sure we settled in okay. The home was so cosy and homey, the decor was lovely and it had everything we needed! We would love to go back for longer next time and will definitely recommend this place to friends! Thank you so much :)

Beautiful place, was spotless and the logs for the fire was a lovely touch. Would recommend to anyone, the pictures undersold the property!

Wow! What an amazing find, Jennifers Caravan is beautifully immaculate and homely, filled with everything you need and in a beautiful setting. We enjoyed walking into town each night to enjoy all the restaurants and our dog loved running through the beautiful woods just behind the park. Highly recommended great value for money. We will be back xx

A beautiful cottage with incredibly comfy beds, plenty of towels and a fab shower. Some lovely bits of furniture and decor and nice touches; a welcome message, wildflowers, some toiletries, tea & coffee- all very much appreciated! The horses came every day for a treat and the garden gets some great sun and we spent time there having an evening drink, listening to birds. This is a great base to be exploring Moray with some gorgeous forests walks and beaches nearby. The surrounding countryside is just beautiful. Bea was a great host, very friendly and warm, responding to my messages promptly. You need caution coming in and out of the gate as some traffic can speed by and the bushes impede sight. Overall we had an amazing stay here.

Just come back from a stay at Caroline's place. Beautiful home, comfortable and everything you need. Garden was great for the dogs too. So many birds coming into the garden, mainly goldfinch and chaffinch but had dunnock, house sparrow, blue tit, great tit, coal tit, siskin and robin. So lovely to sit and watch them. House very comfortable and very much home from home. Bonus with Coop on the doorstep. Good location for all local amenities and tourist attractions with Aviemore just 14 miles away. Caroline was very responsive and very helpful. A wonderful host and we will be back!

Absolutely fantastic house to stay, fantastic views and beautiful surroundings. The space in the house is incredible. Will definitely book again.

Stayed for 3 nights with my dog. Holmhead exceeded my expectations and I felt instantly at home. The location is superb and perfect for exploring the Cairngorms or even just stepping outside the front door and being in the forest. The cottage is extremely well equipped for its size and I found a few things, for guests use, that I wasn't quite expecting, (hot water bottles :) ). The brand new electric heating is very effective and the log burner is 'ferocious', but definitely a must when temperatures were below freezing. Cat is a very gracious, accommodating and genial host. I would definitely stay here again and recommend thoroughly.

A perfect place to stay for exploring Speyside. It has all the facilities you need, as well as lovely views. And even on a day when I had to scrape the ice off the car in the morning it was still cosy inside.
