Really lovely apartment, had more than we needed. the extras for the beach (umbrella/cool box) was really needed! Had two bathrooms, so was nice we didn't have to share with our 15 year old! Bedrooms really nice but not too much space to store clothes in the second room but no major issue. Aircon was brilliant and very much needed each day. Rooftop was lovely, had loungers and table and chairs so we could enjoy a little evening breeze and felt very private. overall very nice place and worth a visit. thanks Roni (who is always responsive!)

What a charming property for a getaway! We went with our dogs who loved sniffing every corner of this beautiful property that includes an orange grove and grassy area. We could imagine returning with a group during warmer months to enjoy the pool and all the livable outdoor space. We used the fireplace inside and had a cozy night.

The taxi from the airport drove us straight to the address, so no problems there. I had forgotten to liaise with Maria regarding our arrival time so we had to wait to be let in! 🤦🏻‍♀️ The house was lovely along with the pool/jacuzzi & surrounding areas. It was clean with great air conditioning. Maria provided pool towels on request. Maria shows you all around and gives The necessary instructions, for the language barrier we used a translater app on our phone. We were a party of 10 so did not bother to hire a car. Maria gave us the local taxi number. The only comment/suggestion is… I know it’s self catering but I would of gladly paid for a welcome pack containing the essentials for example bread.milk.tea sugar.butter etc to get you by for the day of arrival. If the taxi is busy or the supermarket closed or you have a late flight you are going without. Nothing is within walking distance, though not far by car/taxi. All in all we loved it and would definitely recommend a stay

Excellent,prompt communications from hosts. Apartments as described. We were on a golfing holiday and Roda golf club is within 400m of the property. The 30% discount on golf rates would be very useful if you did not purchase a golf package

Everything as described we had a small problem when I locked the keys in (my fault) but our host quickly solved our problem. Would definitely stay again when playing golf and visiting friend.

Everything was fine , the house was clean , everything you needed was there. Easily accessible , easy parking

We had an amazing stay in the lovely house. The pool and facilities were amazing. Diane, who checked us in and out was lovely and gave many recommendations for what to do in the area. You do have to sign an additional contract later on which isn’t mentioned in the description. Overall we had an amazing stay.

Perfectly located apartment. Near the beach, near restaurants, near taxi, near grocery store. Nice and practical apartment with two bathrooms, three bedrooms and porch. Washing machine and dishwasher. Very nice host who responded quickly to all messages, showed sparkling service and contributed to a great stay.

I recently had the most incredible stay at an Airbnb, thanks to an outstanding host who went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

I had a wonderful fortnight in this apartment in Torrevieja Great location handy to shops restaurants and so close to the beach. Moises a great host and available for any queries. Apartment was clean and comfortable would definitely stay again!!

This villa is wonderful, perfect for a golf trip, or family vacation with lots of things to do nearby if you have a rental car. If you don't, then the kids will love the pool and the playground, and the adults will love the peaceful and private surroundings. There was an issue with the AC during our stay, but Spencer was proactive in communicating with us, compensating us and making accommodations such as fans in each room (good ones as well) to ensure we were comfortable. We would definitely recommend this property!

We had a fantastic stay at Jukka's villa! From the moment we arrived, Jukka was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The villa was absolutely beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment, yet close enough to enjoy everything the area has to offer, including golf courses. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and parking was easy with the spots provided. Jukka’s communication was top-notch throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and providing detailed instructions that made everything easy to manage. He even went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had no issues during our stay. The villa exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We truly appreciated the personal touch and hospitality. We highly recommend staying at Jukka’s villa and would definitely love to return in the future.

This is a lovely private villa with a view of the sea. The facilities were great and it was really good to have a private pool and seating area to chill out in. We've been to the area many times and know that there everything you need in a walk or short drive. The only negative thing to say is that there is always building work going on which is sadly normal for Spain where new properties are always in demand. But, it wasn't every day as it was Christmas. Viviane was very responsive throughout the time we were there, letting us know when there was a water issue in the area for a few hours and keeping us up to date during it. We have both said that we would love to visit the villa again in the near future as it is perfect for a couple or small family. A great relaxing holiday and it was a shame to go home.

A very complete apartment with all the kitchen things (utensils, small appliances....) bathroom (towels...), bedrooms (savannas), necessary for a family. My children are very happy with the apartment. Thank you David and Anja for being so kind. Very satisfied with the experience, for sure I will repeat!

We spotted this place online in an area we wanted to explore. During the booking process and check in Hilmar was fantastic.He gave clear and helpful advice and offered a shuttle service(for a small fee) from the airport (which we accepted) we arrived at Alicante and after a few messages were picked up and taken to La Mata to the accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful and just what we needed...there is a communal pool on site and shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The beach is a picturesque walk through woodland and across a boardwalk (10-15 mins) The whole stay and travel process was amazing but I must point out Hilmar is the best host I have ever encountered... Dont hesitate to book this place it's just fantastic. Thanks Hilmar &Katherina

We soon settled at Rita’s, it was just like home. A light airy apartment with an excellent roof terrace including a BBQ. The beds were comfortable. Thank you Rita!

We stayed 12 nights in the Villa. It’s a very clean, spacious an quiet place with a beautiful pool and outside area. The booking and check in was very easy and pleasant, Jane and her local caretakers were very friendly and helpful. We were in touch with them during the entire stay and even though most things were self explanatory, we could call or text them when we needed some help or advice. We had a wonderful time in the Villa and would highly recommend the place to anyone who’s looking for some peaceful time away from the crowded hotspots with family and/or friends.

Veronika's house is a dream, it is in a quiet yet central location, it is modernly furnished and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with a citrus juicer, blender and scales. There is also washing up liquid, tabs and tea towels. A dishcloth would be good. Dishes and glasses for 12 people, 2 pots and pans. It was wonderful that the fridge was stocked so that we had something to eat when we arrived late and also for breakfast. Unfortunately the house was not very clean and there is some mold in the showers. After contacting Veronika they immediately offered to send the cleaning staff. We would gladly book the house again in the foreseeable future.
