Excellent place to spend a vacation, ideal location close to beaches , shopping centers, still lifes, etc. The property is in impeccable newly remodeled condition and the images published in the listing correspond to the conditions of the property. The residential complex has private surveillance which we felt very safe on the days we were staying. Maria José's attention is always attentive and with immediate answers.. I won't hesitate to stay at this place again and I recommend the community to play

Perfect House to stay with family and friends! Stephanie and staff were super helpful. This place exceeded our expectantions! It’s even prettier than what you see in the pictures!! Best beach in the island to go with kids is only 5min walking.

The apartment is very well located to enjoy a stay in Margarita. next to Pampatar which is the best area for dinner and walking. The apartment offers all amenities. Two water tanks and good internet. The bathrooms, the kitchen and the hab comodas and with good taste.

Very happy with my stay. Just what I needed. All services (water, electricity, gas) were never missing. They also offer cleanliness and it was great. Very close to the shopping areas of Margarita. The building is in very good condition and functional elevators. The building's employees are very friendly. I would come back without hesitation. Also the view of the sea is beautiful.

An excellent place, I recommend it 100%. I would go back a thousand more times, I really loved it! And the treatment was super excellent, I give you a 10/10
