Helen's place in Lagos was beautiful, sparkling clean and exactly what our little group of friends were hoping for. Helen was an attentive and responsive host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Luis met us on arrival and showed us around and helped us get a lay of the land. We loved the location of the home. It was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to get to the beach, shops and restaurants with a nice walk or a quick drive. Perfect set up for a couple of families but our group of 6 friends found the space to be a very comfortable respite after a day of exploring.

We had a great stay. Perfect accommodation and cozy town. The hosting was great - easy and smooth communication and it was really clean and tidy. Accommodation is close to the local surf spot.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house. Very comfortable and well located. We felt very home. There are beautiful hikes from Luz to Lagos and Burgau, and the village was very cosy. There were a few minor issues, but this is nothing compared to the amazing stay we had here. We would come again!

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

Recommended accommodation without hesitation. As soon as we arrived, Mickaël was there to welcome us. He is very friendly. The house when it is impeccable, the whole private ground floor with private pool a tenant lives upstairs but has its own access to the outside so no panic,it is a discretion that if you see it once is fine . The pool is bigger than in the photos so really interesting with barbecue and terrace . We loved the stay at Mickaël's place and will be back without hesitation. As for the dog mentioned on several reviews, yes the neighbors have dogs ,they are behind the wall on the barbecue side in kennels but during the day they are not there...we hear the barking a little in the evening and at night but it's really not all night or other in any case it can't spoil your stay I think unless a bark bothers you. House really lived up to our expectations.

Very nice, clean house, with everything you need! Comfortable beds and sofas - very nice to relax. There are many dogs often bark loudly in the neighborhood at night, so we recommend earplugs.

We stayed with Elmar and Danny in mid-September 24. We liked the newly renovated accommodation very much, to highlight the location. The apartment is located just outside of Lagos, which makes it relatively quiet and yet you can still get to the old town very quickly, for example. A door on the terrace leads to a staircase and a path within max. 5 minutes to beautiful beach with a small beach bar and restaurant. Elmar and Danny were very likeable to us right away and provided us with tips for the region. With Danny we were in the neighboring village for snorkeling, it was just great. All in all, we felt super comfortable, we would come back at any time and can fully recommend the accommodation!

Great apartment and facilities with excelent access to the beach. The exterior and interior swimming pools were really nice, always clean and chairs available. Our host, David, was always very available and responsive to ensure our staying would be the best. We loved it and will be back.

All was perfect! We had a friendly and smooth check in with Riccardo and Verena. The apartment was even more beautiful than shown in the pictures. The location is quiet and offers short distances to the beach and restaurants. We can only recommend a stay!

We had the most amazing month-long stay at this peaceful gem. The location is incredibly serene, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind, yet everything is easily accessible by car. Lagos is just a 13-minute drive away, which made exploring the area so convenient. And Luz.. It’s the coziest and most beautiful little town we’ve visited in Portugal. The home itself was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Our house was cleaned every week, which was such a nice touch, and there was plenty of storage space throughout, so we always felt organized and comfortable. The beds are huge and pretty comfy, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Wifi was good, so a big plus for remote workers like us. One of the highlights was the outdoor space and swimming poool. The terrace is fantastic for lounging, and we used the grill several times for BBQs. Peaceful atmosphere, combined with friendly dog

We stayed in Luisa's charming flat for 3 days and felt very comfortable. The accommodation was clean, with a beautiful view of the sea. The instructions on how to get there were very clear. Communication with Luisa was very fluid, with lots of recommendations on things to do and good addresses! I would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay at Emmanuelle’s place, great location, clean. Flexible check in, when we arrived, she provides us great introduction about surroundings and attractions to visit!

A very comfortable top floor apartment with a great roof terrace and free underground car parking that was very easy to access. The apartment is very well located being just 10 minutes walk from the marina in one direction and just 10 minutes walk from the old town in the other.

We (couple with a daughter of 1,5 years) had a pleasant stay in the apartment of Ingmar. The instruction was really clear to find it and enter for the first time as well as all other recommendations. The house is equipped with everything you need, the kitchen had everything to prepare a good meal after a sunny day at the beach. As the apartment includes a cot and high chair we can recommend it for others as well with children.

Ana‘s place was great! It was exactly as pictured, very neat and clean, a very cozy space with a really nice outdoor area. Great location, easy walk to the beach, and restaurants. Beautiful and spacious apartment with a nice view over the dunes and sea at Ferragudo. Apartment is in a suburb of Ferragudo and on a hill, Vila Gaivota Phase 2. Within walking distance of a beautiful stand, Praia dos Caneiros. To walk to Ferragudo with you half an hour walk through a rolling dune landscape and via rocky dune paths. Apartment has a beautiful and modern beach/sea decor and is spacious in design and equipped with everything. Everything for a nice stay. To do your shopping, you can go to Ferragudo itself, at the local entrepreneurs, or drive towards the Lidl and Continente further towards Portimao.

We visited friends who live in Carvoeiro for new years - this was an excellent stay for us and for such good value! An easy 5 mins walk down the hill into the main part of town which made everything accessible for us. The accommodation itself was perfect for 3 guests with sufficient space and facilities. Having a car parking space was also a bonus considering we rented a car for our stay. The host communicated regularly and made everything very clear for us and make the experience easy and enjoyable. We have nothing bad to say and have actually shared the link to friends who are looking to stay in the area for an upcoming trip. I very highly recommend and we’ll be using the same again for future trips.
