We stayed in the house in November. The atmosphere was therefore very cocooning inside: fireplace, board games, foosball and ping-pong (in the garage). The house is spacious, pleasant and very well-equipped. The owner is very friendly and responsive, with a response to each of our requests. We also enjoyed fresh eggs laid by the property's hens.

We recently stayed in this magnificent property and had a lovely, peaceful and relaxed holiday. Laetitia was flexible on our check in time and was there to greet us and show us all of the amenities at the property. The house was spotless and exactly as described. There is a lovely bakery within 5 minutes and during our stay Laetitia was very responsive to any requests and was brilliant to deal with. Lovely family holiday and exactly what we were looking for

We had an exceptional stay at this house for the holidays. We were a good group, and everything was perfect to welcome us. The house is completely renovated, very clean, and incredibly well-equipped: each room was impeccable, it was comfortable, and nothing was missing. Even in the middle of winter, we fully enjoyed spaces like the relaxation room/game room, thanks to the quality amenities offered. Great welcome, flexible and available. The stay at Celine's is amazing. Her cottage is very good especially for a group, and the jaccuzi is a big plus. In addition, Celine is very kind and accommodating, I would highly recommend it.

We booked last minute with the kids for some peace and quiet. The house is immaculate…brilliantly equipped, with homely decor and everything you could need to make us feel at home. Didn’t have access to the pool so early in the year but it didn’t matter at all as there was so much provided for us all to do - bikes, ping pong, badminton etc. Francois and family were fantastic and made us feel very welcome. We’d recommend in a heartbeat and will do our best to get back in the summer.

The house is awesome! It's spacious, clean, new, and feels good in every room. There are plenty of activities (ping pong, billiards, foosball), a nice court and a fantastic TV nook! Perfect for a stay with family or friends

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this accommodation that combines comfort, relaxation and conviviality, both for young and old. The outdoor space is simply ideal: large, well-appointed and above all designed for all ages. The kids loved the multitude of games available — of high quality, which is rare enough to be highlighted — while adults enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Inside, even pay attention to detail: a space dedicated to children, both young and old, allowed them to have fun while we enjoyed a moment of calm. The hot tub is a real plus, very well maintained, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The sauna is also great, a real wellness bubble. Host Anthony was great from start to finish: very kind, attentive, always available and responsive, which greatly contributed to the quality of our stay.

Lovely Air B&B, very clean and great set up. We stayed for two nights for a nearby family wedding and it was ideal. We would stay again. Vivie and Bruno were very helpful and responsive prior to and during our stay. Thanks for a great stay!

A peaceful harbor in the heart of Le Perche Regional Park with a covered terrace with magnificent views of rolling countryside, sometimes visited by deer. Very comfortable and warm cottage, particularly well equipped, nothing is missing. Sophie is a very welcoming, attentive and very responsive host. We will happily come back on sunny days to enjoy the beautiful terrace and barbecue.

It was a pleasant stay thanks to: - the kindness and attentive hospitality of Isabelle and Dominique - the comfort of the accommodation, very clean and functional - the superb environment: the accommodation overlooks a very beautiful garden with a pond and wooded hills, which is very relaxing. Perfect gîte for a weekend with family!! There were 26 of us. Beautiful spaces, with plenty of amenities. Careful cleaning. Very well-equipped kitchen. The weather was not conducive to outdoor activities, but the garden and outdoor terrace are desirable. I recommend it and we plan to come back to meet up.

Excellent family weekend in the charming house of Lucie and Maxime, comfortable and very well-equipped (we particularly appreciated the great self-service coffee/tea machine😉) The place is peaceful, quiet, close to nature. No risk of getting bored, even when the weather is bad, thanks to all the activities available to guests, including small ones.

A very good quiet spot in the countryside to discover this beautiful region in disconnection mode because there are few people, no wifi and no TV. This was not a problem because we were not there for that. Very comfortable bedding.

We rented the place to celebrate Christmas with the family (12 people). It is beautiful and true to the description: very well equipped and very well heated despite the large (beautiful) volumes. The table inside is a little small compared to the capacity of the accommodation but the bedding in the 3 bedrooms is excellent. Unfortunately, time didn't allow us to enjoy the surrounding countryside, making the boots a must have! Benjamin and Anne-Thaïse are very available and responsive to messages, and Marie is flexible for check-in and check-out times. I would highly recommend this listing for a pleasant time in Le Perche.

Very pleasant stay an hour from Paris. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated accommodation. We were lucky enough to have good weather and enjoy the garden overlooking the river. We'll be back for an extended weekend!

Well-appointed accommodation with all the amenities you need for a quiet weekend in the countryside. There is no WIFI so total disconnection. John responds quickly and is always responsive to our requests I recommend it.

Excellent stay despite the weather, but the walks were not our goal. Extremely warm house. The fireplace was a big plus. It has everything you need, excellent bedding. Alice is extremely friendly, responsive I highly recommend it.
