Beachfront vacation rentals in Longboat Key

Great place and location! Exactly what I was looking for on my 46th birthday. Loved sitting out on the balcony with my wine watching the ocean waves. Even the sounds of them at night was heaven sent. My only complaint was a not so pleasant smell that lingered whenever the toilets were flushed. Could also have used more sets of towels and wash cloths; although it was stated of how many would be provided. There were no bath mats, which may be more of a personal preference. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and got some well needed sleep. Thank you for such a clean and welcoming stay.

I had an amazing stay at Scott and Sabrina’s condo! The space was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making my trip seamless. Convenient location near airport, great amenities—truly a five-star experience. I highly recommend staying here!

As Jeffrey states… steps from each. Literally.. 50 steps to beach. Such great communication. All amenities you will need. Much appreciated the Coleman cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. One of the best well stocked Airbnbs I’ve stayed. Nice parking. Small walk to beach restaurants. Definitely would stay again. Thank you sir.

The house was very nice, not huge, but very accurate with what the pictures showed, and it was actually a lot brighter inside than I expected based on the pictures. Everything was clean and with 5 people, there was plenty of space. They provided beach chairs and an umbrella which was wonderful. We also used the grill which we enjoyed having access to. The only thing we would recommend is more pots/pans/serving bowls, etc. for use in the kitchen - that was a little lacking. Otherwise, communication with the host was outstanding. We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved immediately. They let us check in early and stay late based on our schedule and the fact that no one was coming in behind us. Finally, the location is awesome - right across the street from the beach with easy beach access. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this house.

This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Kamiron is perhaps the most generous host I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is on top of it, she is communicative, and she comes from a place of making you feel like she really wants you to have a good stay. I had to ask for a few last-minute requests and Kamiron not only was able to accommodate me, but was so kind during the process. This place is her home and it certainly feels like it. You won’t regret staying here or having Kamiron as a host.

Everything about this house is perfect. First Mark is a wonderful host who truly wants you to feel at home. The house is beautifully decorated and every detail is thought out. It is fully stocked in every way. Mark goes above and beyond. There is every beach accessory you need. And he heats the pool to such a nice temp where the whole family will want to swim. Not many hosts do that. With all that the house has to offer you will spend most of your time on that heavenly porch where you have a view of the ocean. It is truly the perfect vacation home.

Beautiful beach house located a few sandy steps away from a gorgeous beach with amazing sunsets. Susi and George were wonderful hosts. Very communicative and responsive. Their home was tastefully decorated in a laid back beach style. And they provided all the necessary beach paraphernalia. Very comfortable and relaxing A lovely experience with my children. Made some valuable memories. Would go back again.

Rick's guesthouse was clean, cozy and as depicted in the photos. The main house stands between the guesthouse and the beach, but the beach is close enough you can hear the waves from the house , and there is a walk that leads directly there. While we didn't meet Rick, we did meet his lovely wife who was responsive and checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. The weather was unusually cold and rainy during our stay. We discovered there is no heat in the house other than an electric space heater. We were surprised to discover the extent of hurricane damage still evident in the surrounding area- parks were closed, nearby houses damaged and vacant, etc. Fortunately, Rick's place largely escaped damage, other than the pool, but it will be a while before the surrounding area is back to normal. The location is quiet and feels private and safe. There are plenty of shopping & eating options nearby. If cooking there are plenty of cooking utensils, few ingredients/condiments.

My family and I had a great time in this home. The grounds were stunning and the home was spotless. The beach was secluded and we appreciated the serenity from the crowds. very short walk to the beach, very manageable for my elderly parents. the home also has multiple water hose access points to rinse off and felt so nice to get all the sand and salt off before entering the home. Nice large kitchen to cook in, huge dining room table and plenty of seating in the living room and outside for our group of 5. bedrooms were HUGE for a beachside home- very comfortable for all. would advise water shoes for the beach. we loved the natural florida coast and unmanicured seaside which allowed us to find over 300 sharks teeth and a seahorse during our walks. would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting to escape the crowds of most beaches while still just 10 mins away from the closest publix. Great vacation.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

Booked this bungalow for a girls trip and we had the best time! The space was clean and inviting. Walking out the front door and directly onto a quiet semi-private beach was MAGICAL! Really my only complaint is we had a hard time getting the water in the shower to warm up. Rachel was so accommodating and provided some great recommendations for local spots to check out. Our group already can’t wait to go back!
