You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhoods and quiet area. Place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families and business travelers. We loved our stay. Beautiful quiet beach and pool. We are not kite surfers, but many clearly come to this beach for this purpose and it was fun to watch! Only an 8 minute drive away from Grace Bay and the many nice restaurants/resorts there, so we enjoyed the restaurants for dinner, but spent our delays relaxing near the pool and beach that was much quieter. Place just as pictured. Had everything we needed for a great visit to Turks & Caicos!

We had a wonderful celebration for my mom!! Monica’s place was perfect for a family, very clean and so close to everything, we especially liked that it was walking distance to the ritz Carlton where we were able to use the beach which is public and absolutely beautiful. I’m an islands girl and well travelled and never have I seen a beach that beautiful. We had everything we needed, from towels to beach chair to even a buggy. The area is very secluded but the private road to the villa is not developed so it was a bumpy ride. Once you enter the gates the roads are great and the area is well lit. We had a wonderful time. Thank you very much Monica and Artell (property manager) for always being available he really is one call away.

Beautiful condo steps from the beach. The unit was perfect for a week vacation with kids home from college. The pictures were accurate and check in was one of the easiest ever. Plenty extra touches in the unit that were appreciated. IE nice beach towels, Basket of paper goods and tide pods. One restaurant next door, Pelican Bay. Was perfect to stop over. Other restaurants and shopping are easy 10 to 15 minute walk. Also-- parking lot is gated for extra security. Would highly recommend staying at this property

Jasmine was a wonderful host. She guided us to the property after Google led us astray. After initially booking the property, she reached out to answer any questions we might have which we had many since this was our first visit to the island. She had excellent recommendations about getting a rental car, snorkeling excursions and scuba diving. The property was immaculate and completely as described & photos. All kitchen appliances, flatware, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans available. Beds were perfect to sleep on and ample pillows. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living space. They had beach towels and beach chairs available for our use as well as a convenient buggy to tote them to the beach if you don’t have or don’t want to use your car. Ample parking spots available and close enough to walk to the Thursday night fish fry and the public beach access. All in all, an extremely positive experience and enjoyable vacation stay. Highly recommend!!

Casa Verde: Affordable, on the water, with pool!

March 2025: I traveled with my wife and 3 young children and think this might just be THE place to stay on Provo. The home was spacious with everything we needed, was nestled in a beautiful setting, and was private and quiet at night. The island is small so it was really easy to get around, we found this neighborhood was close to the action while providing seclusion and relaxation. The pool and canal provided entertainment for the kids. While it's not on a beach, the nearest Long Bay Beach access ("secret access" on Google maps) was stunning and only 2 minutes away. The value of this place can't be beat on this island. While it's not a luxury resort, it felt like home in the best way. We really felt comfortable. Some friends rented the lower unit and we had a blast together. Finally, MC was so helpful and kind. An excellent host. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Morgan's home was wonderful, definitely recommend. She gave us a tour of the house on our arrival and we found it to meet or exceed our expectations based on photos and owner description. We were especially impressed with how comfortable this home was, with plenty of indoor and outdoor places for large groups to gather as well as many smaller seating areas to tuck away and read, take a nap, or enjoy the breeze and wonderful views of the ocean. In the living room there is a shelf with a good variety of reading materials, and we also found board and card games throughout the house. The beach immediately in front of the house was a very easy, less than 5 minute walk away. There are a couple of reefs at this beach for snorkeling but no real shade so especially good in early morning or later afternoons. Smith Reef, very near to Turtle Cove, is more of a 20 minute walk; still very close by. We found both shade and a wonderful reef there where we consistently found turtles.

Perfect location with an easy walk to the beach, along with restaurants, groceries, and shopping nearby. The condo had just about everything one could need for a day at the beach, and was well stocked with appliances and tableware, plus shower, laundry, and coffee items. The front sitting area and condo pool also served as great spaces for relaxing. We had issues with the door keypad but Keno was responsive and helped sort out an alternative means of entry. Excellent value for the price!

Our group of four adults and four kids ages 5-8 had a great time staying at Pat's beach villa. The property was even better than portrayed in the pictures: spotless, large very easy to use kitchen, comfortable large living and dining areas, beautiful pool with ample outdoor seating, two minute walk to the beach where we used the provided beach chairs, umbrella, snorkels (great snorkeling just a few minutes walk down the beach), and sand toys. Great communication from the host who promptly responded to all messages and inquires. Couldn't ask for more.

We travel to Turks & Caicos a lot and Melissa home was truly a gem. Melissa home is in private peaceful location and the description was very accurate according to what’s listed on Airbnb. Her communication was on point as well. When, we return to the islands we would book her home again.
