Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Long An

First time in HCMC and this Airbnb was located slightly far away from the attractions however it is not an issue as I got to explore parts of HCMC that was unexpected and found many things to do within the neighbourhood itself! The place is clean and had a smart TV (Netflix and YouTube lol) which was needed for entertainment while resting AND nearby there was a sugarcane store which I absolutely adore 😍 Overall I would totally book this place again for my next stay since it is away from the bustling city noises and worth every penny! Although I do wish there was more socket but that’s fine!

There was no shortage of accommodations for a group of 11 people from 4 families, and the location was good enough to walk to all the places. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again, I want to visit again, and everyone in my group was satisfied.

Our stay was great. Host is very nice to talk to. The property was very clean. It’s a cozy property but well kept. There are 4 floors in total. 1st floor - Bedroom with Bath 2nd floor - Living area with Kitchen 3rd floor - 2 Bedrooms with 2 Baths 4th floor - 2 Bedroom with 2 Baths Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Bathrooms were clean. Bedsheets were nicely washed. Would definitely recommend it to someone who is particular about hygiene & cleanliness.

The house is beautiful, the room type is also abundant, there is an elevator, it is convenient for the elderly to go up and down the stairs, the bunk bed is very popular with the children, we had a pleasant stay!

The apartment is convenient, spacious and very clean. We had a great time here . Happy host and enthusiastic guide. We will definitely be back on a near date.

We spent a month in Ho Chi Minh at Kem’s place. The apartment was a bit smaller then we were expecting( family of 7) but it was beautiful. There’s a pool and a gym. My kids loved the pool and we loved the gym and the pool. We are vegetarian and the area has a vegan restaurant that we loved, we were sad when they closed down for 2 weeks for tet, we then had to order in on the Grab App or drive into District 1. We also cooked a lot of our own meals, which was easy to do in the apartment. When our stove started giving issues, Kem and her husband were very responsive and got us a replacement. If you are not vegetarian/vegan there is a plathora of restaurants to choose from. There’s also lovely bakeries right by the apartment complex as well as grocery stores. Overall, we had a great time here and would definitely recommend.

We had a month long stay. City Garden is a treat. Inside its walls are a fantastic coffee shop, a gourmet grocery store, and other services. Our needs were well met here. Outside City Garden? You're in a thriving local commercial area. If you've never swam with a school of mopeds before, leave City Garden and you will share all transitable space with these nimble creatures. The contrast between City Garden's resort-like feel and the outside's busy is striking. It's a 15 minute trek to a nice river park for running (next to Kênh Nhiêu Lộc - Cầu Thị Nghè bridge). The apartment was comfortable and quiet for our needs. It looks like the pictures and it felt homey. IDG are WONDERFUL hosts. We met the owner, and there is clear pride and desire to see to the success of our stay. We were in a Homes by IDG property earlier, it didn't meet our 4+ week needs, and they worked with us to switch to this property. I can't say enough positive words. Thank you Phi, Konstantinos, and Homes by IDG.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city with everything within reach. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The check-in process was seamless, quick, and hassle-free. Communication with the host was superb—they were always responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. We had 2 apartments booked and really liked the apartments and the location that it was situated in. The only thing I want to call out is that some elements of the apartment needed maintenance. Not anything major but just minor fixed. Also the master bedroom bathroom drainage is not great as there is a lot of water buildup when you shower. Need to find a solution for this. Other than this we loved the stay. Location is perfect. It's in District 3 and just the right distance away for the hustle and bustle of District 1.

Loved staying at this airbnb, it was perfect for a long stay with family. The bed & sofabed were very toddler friendly too. There were also a few cafes and minimarkets on the lobby which was a plus. Yoyo & Lala were very responsive on the questions we had. Thanks a lot for hosting us 😊

Had a very good stay. The horse took very good care of us and was very prompt and responding on the app. She even arranged a mid stay clean for us. At no extra cost when the plumbing broke down, she had somebody there very promptly to fix the problem.

I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!
