I had a serious problem with Henrique, When I went to check in, I paid him via Pix a difference for a few hours more in the place value that had already been settled days before in conversation on the platform, then he sent me msg charging the fees that Airbnb charged him for using the platform! I did not understand I informed myself with the app and it was not correct! The place is wonderful nothing to complain about! Anyway we were very disappointed by the improper collection! That it wasn't up to me.

The house is WONDERFUL, we rented to go to a show at the north mall and it's right next door! Extremely clean house, Márcia mt requests and kind, easy and quick checkin, air-conditioning in all rooms, full kitchen, excellent barbecue and in other several compliments… we will definitely come back more often! Gratitude for the weekend we spent there 🙏🏻

Perfect location with a beautiful view. Rooms have plenty of space and the house also comes very well equipped for barbecues. Maurici was a great host and answered me in minutes with any questions I had. Super polite and attentive, I would easily recommend anyone to stay in this house!

The house is great! All of the air-conditioned rooms helped a lot in the warmth it was. We had an unforeseen event and we needed to check out later and the host was super understanding. It was always a quick response. Stay worth it! The house is very good and equipped
