Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in London Borough of Croydon

Shirley is a lovely and gentle lady. I came to London to settle down and have been staying here for about a month while looking for my next rental. I feel at home with her, especially when we watch TV during dinner time. Haha.

Lovely home and even lovelier host! Monica is everything you could have hoped for in a host, she was kind and generous with her hospitality. There is only one things I would say, the home is about 30-40 minutes by train from central london, so if you are wanting an easier commute then I would recommend to look elsewhere.

Was a great stay and great location to gatwick. Richard and his wife was so welcoming, room is lovely, very clean. House is amazing with log fire and all the old beams. The views are amazing, would never know so close to gatwick. Had a lovely meal in the pub, which was 5 minute walk. poppadoms and dips were best ive ever had. Richard was very kind to take us to airport and pick us up for very small fee. Let us leave our car for again a small fee. Will def be back and highely recommend people to stay. Our 1st time using airbnb and wont be our last.

Great stay with James, a very friendly, informative and talkative host. I could've spent the entire stay conversing about the history of the area and many other subjects. Breakfast was a nice touch and of course quite unique!

I had a lovely stay! Harriet was very nice and thoughtful, and we had some lovely chats during my visit. Although I know the area v well, location was excellent, and the adorable Topper added a lot of warmth to the home. The room was comfortable and cosy ensuring a smooth, relaxing stay.

Sonja, Was the perfect host. Her house was amazing and super clean. Lovely location too. Sonja was great company and I would definitely love to return. Had a great nights sleep in a comfortable bed and very peaceful area. Karl

Wow! What an AMAZING stay. I really cannot thank the lovely Shasca enough for her hospitality, she is the most welcoming and gracious host and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The room itself is gorgeous.. super bright and clean. With a fully operational kitchen, clean bathroom (with amazing water heating for showers!!!) and fantastic location, I really couldn’t ask for more. The recommendation of falafels from a nearby restaurant was icing on top of the cake. After such an amazing stay.. safe to say I think I’ve found my go to place to stay when in London. Thanks so much Shasca!! Hope to see you and your lovely husband soon!!

Kirstine is a responsive and friendly host. Lots of personal touches and a welcoming home. Great place to stay.

Had a lovely stay at Colin's. The room is peaceful and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is a real plus, and allowed me to practice my English with Colin! Finally, there are all kinds of small shops near the accommodation, which is very convenient. Recommended!

We stayed with Jenni when attending a concert at the O2. Perfect quite location. arrived by DLR 10 min walk to the house. Also not far to walk from the bus returning from O2. Comfy bed and cosy room. Very grateful for the Bottle of water supplied in the room on our return late at night. Jenni is a lovely host and does amazing scrambled eggs for breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

A very pleasant host and easy to talk to on a number of different subjects. Maria was well travelled and cultured.The house is a six or seven minute walk from Hendon Thames link which is very handy picking the train up at St Pancras.The Number 83 bus stops outside the station and connects with Hendon Central where shops, takeaways and Restaurants are located.There are good bus connections to Kingsbury and Wembley and in the other direction Edgware. The Northern line goes to a number places of interest including the vibrant Camden Town which I visited

Perfect location especially for first time visitors wanting to see the main tourist sites. Also. very easy access to many public transit options. Host was extremely helpful and kind.

Great place to stay with quick access to the tube/trains. Close to the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Jane is super friendly and a great host.

Juanita and Katherine were absolutely lovely. Couldn't have been kinder or more helpful, and we loved the dogs, too. Excellent restaurants in the neighborhood including a classic British Fish and Chips shop established in the 1800s, just a walk away. It's handy to the Picadilly Tube line, so Heathrow and Central London are equally accessible.

Zane is exceptionally pleasant lady and I felt very comfortable during my stay at her house. Recommend :)

Best Airbnb host I’ve ever had! Manuela is so welcoming, helpful and treats you like her own family. The room was large, full of natural light, and Manuela made it very comfortable for my three month long stay.  I would happily stay here again and recommend anybody to book.

Great stay at Tamila’s self contained ground floor accommodation, spotlessly clean and comfortable with snacks and brekkie items including milk was a bonus. Also microwave, fridge and washing machine in utility space. Highly recommend!!

Ana is lovely. She is chatty, friendly, easy-going, helpful and so accommodating. Ana has done an incredible job in decorating her house. The bedroom was spotless, clean, modern, comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was also spotless. The house is not far from Kensal Road Station and all local amenities.

Host is very welcoming and great communication. Apartment room has an incredible view and everything you need for a nights stay. Our 2nd time staying and would recommend to anyone wishing to stay in Shadwell/Brixton area

I had a wonderful time at the Vicarage with Angela, Sue and their cat. The room is spacious and comes with its own bathroom across the hallway. There is a nice breakfast included (a true B&B!) and Sue and Angela are all around great hosts. I'd stay with them again :-)

We had a wonderful time with Hazel and felt at home :) She was the perfect hostess; super sweet and always quick to reach. The house is beautifully decorated - as if you were in an English film :) The breakfast was varied and delicious and we could make tea and coffee ourselves and cuddle with Caspar the cat in the morning :) Hazel is very good at creating a balance of conversation and privacy. She gave us many recommendations for the area. The neighborhood is also great; we recommend Skeehans Pub and Chai Garden's Thai restaurant. By train, you are in central London in 30 minutes.
