Absolutely loved this place! Very spacious and welcoming. Briseida was very responsive. Beach was wonderful and quiet. There were stray dogs and we ended up rescuing one! Puerto Rico did not disappoint!! Highly recommend staying here!

I rented this unit for my birthday and it exceeded my expectations! The condo is just as the pictures show. The condo was spotless and fresh! This rental and host are a 10/10 and not only would I recommend but I would definitely book again!

The condo was very nice and clean. Having one of the pools right outside our door was definitely a perk.

Alex’s place was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy. Apartment was nice and clean. There’s a parking spot in front for you to use. The apartment is close to everything. Alex was nice and checked in with us via message to make sure everything is going well. I will definitely stay here again. 😊

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Shawn was the hostess with the mostest with a full kitchen and utensils both bathrooms had extra towels as well as beach towels was very attentive and responsive, never had to wait also had his handyman available throughout our stay gave us some great recommendations for us the only downside was the stairs (luggage) but overall thank you for sharing your home away from home.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The condo was amazing - so clean, and literally steps away from the pool and the most picturesque beach. It was perfect for swimming and sunbathing. It was very quiet when we went - It was like having a beach all to ourselves! The condo was spacious and nicely decorated, with plenty of room for our two teenagers. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishes and utensils we needed. Emmanuel was the perfect host - he helped us arrange airport transportation, and was very attentive throughout our entire stay. We would love to come back and stay again!

Elba and Gregorio were amazing hosts! The location made us feel very safe and at home. They also had lots of things availed for use such as umbrellas, beach chairs, etc. which is always helpful for traveling. They were very responsive and provided clarification when needed. It’s definitely necessary to rent a car to get around the island from this location as mentioned by the hosts. Overall we had a great stay and loved lounging on the rooftop/balcony! The unit is also conveniently located near the pool and parking lot on sight. We are so happy we chose Loíza and this accommodation for our first time in PR! Piñones is located just about a 26-30min drive which is great for quick bites, drinks, and restaurants!

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

Great place! Easy access to pool and beautiful beach. Apartment was as described and perfect for our family of 5. Kitchen was well stocked to cook. Appreciated the beach toys, too. Good launchpad to explore spots on the island.

We enjoyed our week stay at Maribel’s place. The private beach is small, but it is a nice beach to have in walking distance and it is a part of the complex. You are about 30 minutes away from San Juan so I would suggest you rent a car to get around because an Uber can easily cost you $30-$40 one way there are lots of places to eat in compiones which is about a 15 to 20 minute drive from here. There is a small supermarket within walking distance and there are a few restaurants that are close as well. This was a great place to stay for a week of relaxation without all of the hustle and bustle of being in the city

Start by thanking you for opening your doors to this incredible oasis. Your place gave me so much peace and relaxation. The atmosphere in your place is exquisite and modern. With small details, this really feels like a beach house. Thank you very much for reaching out and responding to only minor things that are absolutely taken care of and I am sad. I have to go back home because this place was absolutely beautiful, I would definitely book again. If you’re looking for relaxation with a beach vibe theme this is the place to be. The two balconies makes this place the back balcony. It’s awesome per day to sit out. Catch a breeze look at the beautiful palm trees overlooking the pool and at night, listening to the beautiful sounds of Puerto Rico’s nature. The beaches a three minute walk which features another pool and literally seconds from the beach very private and their reconstructing. Thank you so much Felix for your hospitality.

This apartment was just perfect for us. We were a group of of 4 and still had space for at least 2 more. The sofa bed in the Livingroom was also comfortable , each room has good AC. Kitchen has everything needed to cook. The place was quiet and had good security. Walmart is at 15 min driving so we went to shop to prepare the food for our 4 days stay, so we always prepared our breakfast and lunch before going out. Also Alejandro was very friendly and responses quick. No complains at all. I'd recommend this place to stay.

Alex and Jorge were excellent hosts. The area felt very safe and the house met expectations. We were met by the host upon check in with a warm greeting and assurance that we could reach out at any time if needed. It was in close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. The pool, bedrooms, and grounds were very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay!

Awesome stay wish we could’ve stood longer. Had a small issue with the light but was easy to fix after the quick response from our host. My daughters loved the play area in the garage and took full advantage of the pool. There is a corner store that is walkable distance as well as a coffee shop and gas station. Was already trying to go back again before we left for the weekend but was already taken.

This place was absolutely amazing. It was so peaceful and clean! The view is spectacular. The neighborhood was locked down felt safe and secure the community is quiet! The A\C worked great and the rooms were a good size! The Host communicated with me and gave me very clear instructions. I’d definitely love to stay here again.

This house really stands out with all the amenities and great views. House is very spacious and is stocked with almost everything that one might need. Our children loved the chicken in the backyard and the friendly cats. Sky is incredibly responsive, kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are living in Luquillo area

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny's home. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from the San Juan airport. The pool was a highlight of our trip for the kids and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We did encounter a minor maintenance issue during our stay, but it was handled promptly. Jenny was incredibly responsive and addressed it immediately, ensuring it didn't disrupt our experience. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, from pots and pans to cooking utensils. It made dining in so convenient when we wanted a quiet night at home. During our stay, we visited Old San Juan, El Yunique and luquillo beach. Overall the home is a great spot for a relaxing get away for our group of three families with four kids.

The house is in a private community and very close to many restaurants and stores and the airport. We only stayed one night, so didn’t need many of the amenities, but for people who are staying longer I would definitely recommend.

Christian is a great host , very attentive and helpful. I’m going to stay here again for sure , 24 hr pharmacy and grocery store , fruit stands right around the corner and Bebo’s BBQ 24 hrs is 5 minutes away 😍

We loved our stay in Carries house, it was very cleanly, packed with essentials, and Carrie was very accommodating. But most of all we loved the views from up top the mountains, although at first it was a bit tough to reach the house it was well worth it!
