Peaceful Haven

Clean, quiet, comfortable 1 bedroom ap. for 1-2 adults in lower level of house on tree-lined street. Newly remodeled apt., Ann Arbor's west side. Separate entrance. 1/2 hour walk and 2 min. drive to downtown which is full of restaurants, galleries, & cultural events. Other than a couple places where some people will have to stoop (air duct in ceiling), it's a totally liveable apt. - livingrm, bedrm, kit, & bath! The duct spot is 5'10" or 11" from floor. Wifi; no TV. Legal street parking.

This is a 50's style sunny duplex, 1.3 mile to the Big House . A full kitchen for those who love to cook. The large private deck with a patio table is perfect for relaxing. Within a 10 minute walk there are a variety of restaurants. There are two desks- one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The one in the living room, pulls out to give you a lot of space. Dream home in the woods (Sister lakes area)

We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is located in Ann Arbor (3.5 miles from the city center). A bus stop is in walking distance. There is a great coffee place (19 Drips) in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests. ;-)

Where rural and city life meet...

We have a great location. It is 10-15 min from downtown Ann Arbor and the stadium, but once you come home, you will enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. You can go for a walk in the woods, breath the clean air and rejuvenate. The apartment is cozy but spacious, and surrounded by woods. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
