Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Loch Rannoch

From start to finish our experience was absolutely fantastic. The house was as described and provided a perfect base to explore the surrounding areas. Lindsay's communication was timely and helpful, especially as phone signal can be patchy at times! Overall it ticked every box and we're already looking at when to come back next year.

Sandra's house is in a lovely peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful countryside. I would highly recommend. The living room is very spacious, has multiple couches and an open fire. The kitchen contains 2 ovens with 7 -8 rings for cooking, and a decent size fridge freezer, ideal for preparing meals. Outside rating area is ideal for alfresco dining. Perth is only 20 minutes drive away and contains loads of restaurants, pubs,shopping centres. A quick check of Google maps shows you that the surrounding area is peppered with castles. We had a very peaceful stay and felt at home

The perfect house for our family get together. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, the games room was a hit, as was the hot tub! The house was warm with loads of hot water. Thank you!

Sarah was a great host! She was very responsive and the house was immaculate upon arrival. The house was very well located to make the most of the amazing surroundings. If anything was needed it was easy to get in touch with Sarah if we had any questions.

The most picturesque house and location I had the luxury of staying in this trip around the UK. Made the flight from Australia worth it! Hope to stay again with my future family one day

Great value for money and a very homely AirBnB. We had great communication throughout and loved coming back to the log burner after a long days hike. Would 100% recommend!

Gillian's place is Carrbridge was a great place for my family to relax together for a few days. The house is very cosy, clean and well equipped for self catering. We loved walking and cycling in the woods with the nephews, watching the birds from the kitchen table and cosying in by the fire in the evening. Lots of books and maps in the house for planning your next walk or adventure. We had a great time! Everything about checking in and communicating was straightforward - thank you Gillian!

We had a lovely stay in Alice's house. it was warm and cosy and having a store of logs for us to use was really welcoming. A perfect location for Glencoe ski centre and for exploring the area. We had a great time.

This was our fifth time staying at the property and once again we had a enjoyable and relaxing stay. The property has a great location in Fort William with the high street and the railway station an easy walk away, along with the buses to local destinations. The property itself well deserves the description given.

As a couple with a dog seeking a weekend break Dunollie at Balquhidder was perfect for us. Cosy and spotlessly clean, in a great location for walks and the excellent Mhor84 just down the road for a superb breakfast. A perfect break for us, thank you Alison and Hannah.

We really enjoyed our stay the apartment was lovely, very clean and tidy with a homely feel. The views from the balcony of Deans Village were beautiful. Close to coffee shops and restaurants and easy to walk into the city centre or catch an Uber on a lazy day. Ross was also very responsive to any queries we had. Highly recommended

We loved being in the heart of the action at Angie’s place. The apartment was perfect for four of us. The only disappointment was the construction of the road right in front. Thankfully the workers didn’t start until about 8:30 am and finished around 4:00 pm. We were also pleasantly surprised that the street gets very quiet at night, which was ideal for sleeping in the front room. No earplugs needed! We would definitely stay here again.

this was our second time staying at Ardvuilin and we had a brilliant time. As a group of 7 adults and 7 kids (ages 5-8) we find the house ideal with so much to keep the kids busy. The kitchen is really well equipped and the surrounding area is stunning. our only slight issue was that the woodwork in our room had recently been painted and was giving off very strong fumes but other than that everything was great.

We stayed as a group of 8 and could not rate our stay high enough! The area was stunning and private, the villa was spacious and comfortable and our host was attentive for the entire duration of the stay. We cannot wait to book our next stay and hope to make it an annual trip! 12 out of 10!

Sam’s cottage is an absolute gem! The place was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, it felt like a home away from home. The location is peaceful, with stunning surroundings that made it perfect for relaxing or exploring the area. Sam was an amazing host: friendly, responsive, and thoughtful (we especially appreciated the welcome touches!). Everything we needed was provided, and more. Amazing stay. Our family of 9 had plenty of space and enjoyed everything about the place. We wished we’d stayed longer! The home is beautiful, clean, and spacious. The surrounding area is even more spectacular though. Views of the mountain and fields around made it easy to forget about the outside world and relax. Would definitely stay here again

We loved our stay here. Robin was a super gracious host and the house was absolutely perfect. So well provisioned and probably the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in, which was greatly appreciated. Only wish we had a few more days so that we could have spent more downtime relaxing at the house because it is such a pleasant place to be! We only had a couple days in the area, so were out and about exploring most of the time. And it's a great location for that....our party ranged from 4 years old to 70+, and we found plenty of things to do within a 1.5 hour driving radius that everyone enjoyed, even in the middle of winter.

Ferhan and his wife are great hosts. We enjoyed a beautiful family Christmas. They decorated the house and set up the Christmas tree for us. The property is very well taken care of. The house was perfect for us as a party of 6 adults and 5 kids, it had everything we needed and was spacious and comfortable. Taynuilt is a lovely village and the house was the perfect base for visits to Oban and the surrounding area.
