A Perfect Stay - Highly Recommended!!!

Jaime's apartment is ideal for holidays in Patacona and Valencia. A few meters from the sea, very nice and well equipped and with a garage. Jaime has great attention so we had a beautiful experience.

We had a fantastic week in the villa, 4 adults and 2 children (aged 6 and 1.5). The villa is brilliantly equipped, plenty of seating areas and the pool is great. Beautiful views and very private without being overlooked. Great location for exploring the surrounding areas. The beds were very comfortable and the villa had all the amenities you could need. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. AC in the bedrooms is great, but worth noting (as we hadn’t picked up on it) that there is no AC in the communal area. It was very hot during our stay (early August) which meant it was very warm in the lounge and kitchen without AC, it didn’t seem to bother the children and we BBQ’d and spent most of our evenings outside so we managed, but we wouldn’t have wanted to sit inside for very long. All in all a fantastic week and we wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Thank you very much to Javea Holiday Rentals for making everything so easy.

The stay was great! The apartment is clean, cozy, with high-quality renovation and high-quality appliances. It has a comfortable kitchen with everything you need for a long stay. Clean and tidy bathroom. The apartment has enough wardrobes for storing clothes and things. Comfortable bed, enough towels. There is an air conditioning and heating system. It is a quiet and peaceful place for a pleasant rest. Pili and Paco are always kind and ready to help, for which we are very grateful to them!🤗

Complete house! Wonderful outside & quiet place. By car quickly to all amenities. Roxana responds very quickly and is very friendly.

This was our 2nd time in Serge's place and we had a great time as we have anticipated. The house layout, the location, Ocean view and specially outdoors facilities were among our favorites features. We highly recommend this house for a long vacation, it is perfect to be shared for 2 families and still keeping privacy.

Clear video and instructions to find the apartment. Furthermore, the apartment was neat and clean, well tidied up. Located in a quiet area, supermarket, restaurants and the sea is all very close. Upon arrival, I did miss some basic hygiene things like a toilet roll and a little hand soap. Everything else was fine!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Teulada! The place was immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and had absolutely everything one could need for a perfect getaway. The swimming pool was fantastic—refreshing and with plenty of depth to properly enjoy a swim. The barbecue area was a great touch, perfect for relaxed evenings. But what truly made this stay exceptional was our host, María. She was absolutely incredible—proactive, attentive, and always ready with helpful recommendations. From finding the best bespoke cake in the nearby town to suggesting musicians, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Despite the weather being the worst the area had seen in a decade (as the locals told us), it didn’t dampen our experience in the slightest. The villa, the amenities, and María’s hospitality more than made up for it. Would definitely consider coming back!
