Ines was wonderful from start to finish! We felt very welcome, had access to the pool downstairs and just felt right at home from the start! Ines was very understanding when we asked to leave a little later due to a late flight and did more than enough to accommodate us. 10/10, if I was returning to split I’d love to stay here again!

Very satisfied with our stay, the best apartment, view and location we've had with air bnb, by far! Great hosts; always there to answer any question and taking care of the pool, new towels and anything else you might need every day! Super clean and all you need for a comfy stay.

We had a wonderful holiday, great area and the view in the morning directly to the sea magnificent. The pool and hot tub were a highlight for us. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed our time at Kikica. Peaceful, nice surroundings, easy and short access to the beach which we really enjoyed. In the house you’ll find everything you can imagine, from shower gels to plastic bags for ice cubes :) very clean! Ana was very responsive though messages for any advice it help. Unfortunately we didn’t meet but maybe next time because we are coming aging for shure. Thank you Ana!

My stay at this beautiful apartment was fantastic! The place was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, stylish, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to fast Wi-Fi. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can't wait to come back! It was great , the place, the location every thing

We booked a 3 bed apartment for 6 days and there was 5 of us. The apartment was just right for us and very spacious. I haven’t met Josipa but she was very helpful every time I messaged. I have however met the owner Mile and his family, and they are very friendly and helpful people. There is underground garage space for parking. The apartment was 6 flights of stairs and there is no lift/elevator, so something to be mindful of if you have mobility issues. We were ok, and Mile even helped us down with our luggages. Only improvement I would recommend is to provide a microwave. Facilities otherwise was very good. Definitely would recommend. Thank you Mile (brothers, mother & grandmother) & Josipa.

Had a great time, though we came late Ante was very kind that he made our checkin very comfortable and had already prepared the apartment by switching on air conditioning. Spacious apartment felt like home.

We had an amazing stay at Kristina's place! The property was exactly as shown in the pictures—modern, spotless, and beautifully designed. Kristina was an exceptional host, incredibly welcoming, and always available to make sure we had everything we needed for the perfect holiday. This home is ideal for a family getaway. Our kids loved the pool, trampoline, and table tennis, while we enjoyed the Jacuzzi. The location is perfect as well—situated in a peaceful area surrounded by nature, yet close to both Split and Omis. Omis, in particular, was fantastic for outdoor adventures like rafting, boating, and ziplining. We have made a countless of new memories there. Highly recommend this spot for families or couples looking for a relaxing and fun escape!

Great Appartment. Close to beach & shops. Quiet & peaceful location. Natali was very responsive and friendly. If we were to visit Croatia again we would definitely stay here.

Stay successful. The property is clean, well-maintained. A pool is a big plus for the property due to the distance from the beach. Nice place to rest. The infrastructure around the house gives you the opportunity to prepare BBQ meals. Children's playground. A pool with sun loungers and a covered space. The apartment we stayed in was overlooking the pool. In the evening, when the pool is lit, it makes a wow effect. A house located so that the angle of sunshine on the balcony gives a respite in the afternoon. I recommend this property for adults but also for families with children. Hosts care about the convenience of visitors. He lives in the property and is at his fingertips.

Incredible host and apartment! Flat was in a peaceful neighbourhood and had everything that we needed for an amazing stay (3 couples). Great communication on check in/out. So cute that groceries were left for us and she even baked a cake for us whilst we were out by the pool! 5 star host!

I booked this apartment for one week, the place is nice and the house was ready for us. You will get a lot of instructions about the house and the jacuzzi (which is very nice) during the check in along with a list of places to visit during your stay in Split. The only cons were the pillows that are a bit uncomfortable and the sink in the bathroom which is difficult to regulate its power. Watch out for the hot water because it gets very very hot. Overall a good choice for two people.

Daniela and her family were great host and very quick in replying our messages. The apartment is fabulous, exactly how she advertised it. Clean, spacious and comfy. The whirl pool was amazing and had a lovely temperature. Restaurants, little shops and the beach are walkable. We a group of four girls had a good time in the apartment and we will definitely recommend it to our friends.

Very clean apartment, faithful to the listing and well equipped: coffee maker, dishwasher, hair dryer, lounge chairs..3 large terraces to eat, enjoy the sea view and enjoy the hot tub. Big plus: the private garage! Hrvoje is very responsive to requests: we had a technical problem with the hot tub which was quickly resolved. Same for 2 burned out light bulbs that have been changed illico. Two small downsides: - the apartment is 200m from the sea with a good coast to negotiate (40m D+) - the hot tub is smaller than in the photos. A 4 (including 2 children) is just... Otherwise the stay went very well, I highly recommend it!

The apartment was clean and beautiful, well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hosts were very nice and helpful, and also made check-in easy. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Lovely owners met us on arrival friendly and left fresh fruit and home cooked treats to come home to in our porch so nice apartment was lovely full of home extras in the kitchen and lounge lovely stay my din and partner stayed last year and was so good we booked and would again xx❤️
