Sergio's place is very cosy and comfortable, matched the description. The living room was perfect for relaxing after a day of skiing and hiking. We loved the surroundings, views from the windows and the privacy, as there were no other tourists in the neighborhood during our stay. Sergio is a great host and we'd love to be back at his place!

Great apartment, there were five of us. Quiet location and yet everything is super within 15 minutes on foot. Bus stop would also be available in front of the house. The apartment was clean, small but nice. We liked it. Reto was very friendly and available at any time.

We felt very comfortable right away. The host is, as you know from the region, warm, friendly, relaxed and helpful. We were kindly able to move up our check-in time to avoid the traffic jam at the Fern Pass. We didn't miss anything in the apartment and the homemade products offered were simply delicious. The children were also surprised with waffles after the day of skiing. The location is ideal for skiers or for families with toddlers who like to be active on the mountain, as the toddlers can take their lunch nap while a parent can become active on the mountain again with the gondola. The Haideralm and Schöneben ski resort was not overcrowded and offers the best conditions for ski beginners that I have experienced so far in comparison with other ski resorts, with a special slope and three connected magic carpets the perfect conditions. The village slows down and has an excellent baker.

The house exceeded our expectation. Cozy interior design. New, fully renovated house with everything what you need for calm and relaxing days. Enormous living room, separated kitchen, big dining table, two exits to a wonderful inner courtyard, silence and amazing Mountain View. Two bathrooms additional make a comfortable stay for five people. On a 5 minutes walking distance there is a restaurant with a big choice of wines and domestic meals. The host is extremely responsible, friendly oriented and explained what and where you can do. Nevertheless of snowing each day, the road was perfectly cleaned several times per day, including early in the morning. Absolutely a place, you have to visit.

The chalet is really beautiful!! Magnificent location and view of the mountains. Angelo was very kind and accompanied us with the quad to the chalet. Inside we found everything you could need, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom, etc. the stove heats up very well and very quickly. The view from the room is simply BEAUTIFUL. Absolutely recommended

The stay exceeded expectations. The house has a spacious living room with a beautiful central fireplace that overlooks the private garden and from whose windows you can admire the majestic peaks of the Ortles. The center of Bormio, with its beautiful shops and typical restaurants, can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The slopes worthy of the next Olympics are rightly famous. The house has all the amenities you could wish for and you feel comforted by the property, kind and responsive even to small needs. I recommend it without hesitation! Edna and Fabio

We were a group of eight Bavarian skiers and enjoyed the 5 days in Luka's historic house. The large table was perfect for socializing. Only one room was occupied by 2 people, the rest made it cozy as a "single occupant". The stairs are steep...but if you can ski, you can also climb these stairs. Shopping across the street and fondue cheese from the butcher's shop provided tasty meals. All expectations were met.
