Cory was such a wonderful and accommodating host. The house worked perfectly for our large group. Communication with Cory was excellent. The Plainfield house has a lot of charm and I recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

We loved our ski vacation at Jacob’s condo! The location is perfect for Waterville Valley and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There are so many good things to call out but one thing I would love to highlight is that he has high quality mattresses that make for a great night sleep. That is not something you can always tell from photos but once you reach a certain stage in life you learn to value that so much! We look forward to staying there again!

My friends and I had a great experience staying at Justin and Becca's place, it was super easy to check in and the location was perfect for enjoying time in the mountains. Would definitely stay again!

I cannot say enough good things about this listing and the host, Karen! We had to pivot to this spot at the last minute when another listing let us down, and Karen was communicative and flexible and so accommodating. Once we got all settled in, it was absolutely perfect! Beautiful amenities, new appliances, heated seats in the bathrooms, well labeled kitchen and pantry! Perfect for a family getaway any time of year, and we will be back! What made it even more special was we were doing a second Christmas for my parents as my dad’s health prevented him from coming down from NJ. Karen still had some Christmas decorations up for the season, including a tree, and it made everything magical and perfect. My kids made snow angels and had snowball fights in the huge yard. Worth every penny and all the memories you can make at this central Vermont gem! I hope she gets fully booked, except for when we want to go back!! Thanks again Karen!

Our Family get together was a major success! Ned was friendly and kind and made the check in process as easy as possible. The entire home was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures and the amenities were exactly what we wanted from the pool table to the Hot Tub it was all amazing, and we had more than enough room to accommodate everyone and made so many memories. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Another great stay at Laura’s. This was our third one. Walking distance to the shops in Meredith. I always enjoy the sunrise over the lake and a brisk walk to George’s Diner for an early breakfast. A one-minute drive to Dunkin’s, Hannafords, and the largest thrift shop in NH, Etcetera - an annual tradition with my daughters! Laura’s home is always clean and inviting with plenty of beds and baths for our family. Looking forward to our next stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tara’s place! It felt like home, so well stocked and comfortable. Incredible views, cooking on the Blackstone overlooking the mountains was a favorite! Tara we super helpful with a couple of minor things that came up over the weekend. There was a ton of space. We highly recommend and are hoping to stay here again!

We have continued to enjoy our family’s Christmas traditions in the large Conway House. It is in the perfect location, minutes from everything but far enough away to not be right in the hustle and bustle of the main strip. The house is very large and easily accommodates our 3 families. Having 3 floors allows for us all to have our own space, yet room to come together as well. Everyone enjoys the game room and the large dining room table was perfect for us all to eat together and play games at night. Judith is the most responsive and attentive host. You’ll love your stay here!

This was a wonderful and homey place to stay. The location is great and loved the view of the woods out the back. The host was super responsive and very helpful with communication. The place is very roomy as well, so we had lots of space to spread out. The neighborhood was very quiet.

The photos are somewhat accurate, but I don’t feel that they do it any justice. It’s a super cute home spacious cozy, comfortable it heats up super fast. Kevin was outstanding and his responsiveness and hospitality was the cherry on top. We had a snowstorm heading near our home so we decided to leave early and Kevin had refunded us $100 without our expectation or request. Super gracious gesture he was awesome. His house was awesome if you want a really nice cozy, clean place where you feel right at home without a any stress nearby, beautiful areas with the best host ever definitely go to Kevin’s home in Berlin. this was our first Airbnb experience my husband had a work obligation, and Kevin is the reason why my husband and I plan to go back to his home and explore this beautiful area. We have three dogs and Kevin didn’t bat an eye. He was so welcoming I was worried about finding a place where someone would let us bring our three dogs, and Kevin was so open and easy! We visited for our annual girls shopping weekend. 7 of us ranging in age from 20-88! We love the Stonehurst Manor and have stayed in several of the different condos on property. The lay out of the condos is ideal for a bigger group. Tracey’s unit was perfect for us. The furniture was very comfortable, we loved the gas fireplace and we had every glass, plate, utensil etc.. at our fingertips. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again! Suzanne's place was extremely clean, cozy feeling and just enjoyable to be at. for ATVing you have direct access to trails via the roads and the home itself is roomy and has plenty of beds/cots if needed. overall a A+ experience and would stay again.

Great home and Kristen was a great host and communicator! The home was clean, and water pressure was great for showers. The mattresses in the first floor (entrance level) room could have been a little comfier (spring mattress), but not a huge deal at all. If you prefer liquid body wash, be sure to bring your own as only bar soaps are provided. There are also no hair dryers, so be sure to bring your own if you want that as well. Fireplace was great to make the space feel even cozier. Area was quiet, peaceful, and private. Great value option for bigger groups!

A great place for nearby attractions. David was very responsive and great host. There was a water main leak in the area and the water was turned off for surrounding area. He was aware about it and was really on it to keep us updated. The water came back late in the might and he did update at the time. I would definitely recommend him. He even offered late check out option. Overall we enjoyed the stay and that made our vacation more fun..

Lisa’s place is lovely! We were a party of 5 visiting the area to mountain bike. Easy access to Kingdom Trails and 6-7 minutes to downtown. The sleeping arrangement description isslightly off; it’s 1 king, 1 queen, a double and 2 twins. This may be important for couples.

Booked the house for a night with some friends. The house was in a very nice area with an amazing view. It was very spacious and everything was perfectly clean and organized. The decorations were quite intriguing with a heavy vintage inspiration. James communicated very well, and he even offered to look for something someone potentially forgot at the house. Well worth the price with a great view.

This is my second time staying at Hilary’s home, and for good reason! My family loved gathering by the fireplace everyday, using the hot tub and sauna, and cooking dinners for our group of 8 in the well equipped kitchen every night! Plenty of room for us to spread out. Also love how close it is to the town of Woodstock (adorable with great shopping!) Hilary is very responsive and I am sure we will be back for a 3rd time at some point.

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.
